Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 + superannuation (based on experience)
Working Hours: 38 hours per week

Qualification & Work Experience
• Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or above.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in wall and floor tiling
Skills & Requirements
• Mandatory: Valid White Card and a current Australian Driver's License.
• Ability to supervise teams, including subcontractors and apprentices, with proven leadership skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
• Hands-on expertise in tiling techniques, such as cutting, laying, screeding, grouting, waterproofing, and silicon
application.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, site managers, and
team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project circumstances.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Experience with quality control procedures, including conducting inspections and corrective actions.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff to foster skill development within the team.
• Basic computer skills to manage project documentation.
• Familiarity with inventory management, including the organization of materials and tools.
Job Description
• Supervise Tiling Projects: Lead tiling projects across residential and commercial sites, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Training & Mentorship: Guide, train, and mentor new workers, subcontractors, and apprentices.
• Hands-On Tiling Work: Engage in tasks such as cutting, laying, screeding, grouting, and waterproofing as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure that tile installations meet industry standards.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues during projects to maintain efficient operations.
• Client & Site Coordination: Communicate with site managers and clients to discuss project requirements and address
any concerns.
• Project Management: Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the management of tiling materials, tools, and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OH&S regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Team Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress, safety updates, and team performance
