What you’ll be doing

Understanding the business needs and validating solutions, being the voice of the business on the programme
Supporting programme work, influencing strategic direction and reflecting in feature production and prioritisation
Playing a key role in prioritising any backlog and representing the business interests in ensuring that delivery is aligned to business needs
Managing and prioritising the flow of work alongside the scrum master
Developing and communicating the programme vision and roadmap to the business working with programme team
Acting as an escalation point for product owners
Representing business views in demonstrations and actively participating in feedback

At AXA Partners, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Dedicated Services Team as one of our Customer Service Claims Handlers on a 6 month fixed term contract.
As a Customer Service Claims Handler, you will be taking inbound calls relating to the sale and administration of our motor breakdown policies as well as reviewing car hire and excess claims once skilled across the team.
As we strive to give our employee’s work/life balance, this role involves a mixture of home and office working with your base office located in Redhill. 
Working Hours: Our working hours are full time, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. No weekends or Bank Holidays!
Salary: £23,669.71 + £500 language allowance (if applicable)
What you’ll be doing:

To answer inbound calls from AXA Motor Breakdown customers to administer renewals, address or vehicle changes and cancellations.
To sell and administer other AXA products and their accessories to customers of our clients.
To review car hire excess claims on our online system and process claims for customers
Ensuring all cases are dealt with on a timely basis and regularly reviewed.

What will my day look like?

Responding to customers, clients and underwriters’ notifications of complaints.
Advising customers of complaint decisions and confirm in writing.
Sharing initiatives to reduce the volume, cost, and impact of complaints.
Managing and responding to complaints within agreed processes and budgetary guidelines.
Assisting in the management complaints referred to Ombudsman service.
Ensuring effective and timely administration of complaints and providing feedback to the business on improvement opportunities

Join Our Team! - Special Investigations Unit (SIU – Fraud Team)

Position Summary: AXA Partners is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Special Investigations Unit/Fraud Control Officer. This crucial role, positioned at a medium to senior level (depending on experience), will provide direct support to our Travel Claims and Medical Assistance claims teams, conducting forensic checks on new and ongoing claims to support or deny claims where fraud is suspected or proven.
Location: AXA Partners, Redhill Length of term/Tenure: 6 Months – Secondment Salary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and working on Special Investigations Unit (SIU) claims case referrals, conducting in-depth reviews and investigations to identify potentially fraudulent claims and customers. This role involves using tried and tested techniques, such as forensic reviews of claims and conversation management with claimants, and requires learning end-to-end Travel FNOL, Travel Claims, and other AXA Travel customer-facing teams processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analysing and working on new Travel and Medical Assistance claims referred into the SIU workbook/Queue – Auto/manual
· Ensuring cases allocated into personal workbooks are correctly prioritised and managed through the full end-to-end SIU process in a timely manner
· Performing forensic reviews of Travel and Medical Assistance claims to minimize financial risk or loss to AXA Partners UKandI Ltd
· Use of Fraud prevention tooling – Resistant AI/ID Tool (training will be given)
· Maintaining a strong framework of internal controls both internally and via relationships with third-party clients and others
· Proposing and following up on process improvements to support operational teams, improve internal controls, and support future profitability by reducing exposure to fraud
· Liaising with in-house recoveries and associated litigation SMEs when fraud is suspected or indicated
· Supporting Leakage Auditors when fraud is suspected as a causal issue

AXA Partners are searching for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who specialises in Azure Cloud and Networking to join their IT team based in Redhill on a six month fixed term hybrid contract. This role attracts a base salary up to 65k depending on experience. You will be accountable for IT Service Operations in the UK and Ireland geographies and for the execution of processes and procedures, within the IT Systems and Maintenance team, to ensure IT services remain in high availability and in line with AXA compliance and security standards.
The primarily purpose for this role is to act as a point of incident and request resolution for the IT Operations Teams. You’ll be using your expert IT Industry knowledge and experience to resolve difficult problems/ projects. Plus, coaching other members of the Support team to ensure a coherent and standard approach is maintained to supporting the infrastructure. You’ll also be ensuring documentation for systems and services are maintained in line with platform updates and group compliance and security standards.
