We are delighted to share that there is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to become an Associate Assistant Principal - Humanities and Languages at our school starting in September 2024. This position is ideal for those who are eager to progress in their careers and step into a leadership role. While you will oversee both Humanities and Languages, we are specifically seeking an expert in Humanities as the faculty's second in charge is a language specialist.
In your role as Associate Assistant Principal, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring that student progress transcends the confines of individual teachers. Your duties will include monitoring student development in the subject area, enhancing achievement standards, and supporting student progress across the curriculum.
Your primary goal will be to establish a learning environment that enables students to achieve their full potential. Through the implementation of effective policies and practices, you will contribute to the school's pursuit of excellence and align with trust and academy strategies.
Beyond your duties, we are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, forward-thinking approach, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to inspire and nurture the team will be crucial in achieving outstanding results.
