Position Overview

Ninety percent of real estate development over the next decade will focus on existing buildings, according to sustainability experts. Reusing and renovating these structures through faster, more cost-effective, and sustainable methods will be one of the main challenges in designing the built environment. Can we apply modern methods of robotic construction to automate these renovation efforts, while also integrating sustainable approaches such as: material circularity, material passports, and adaptive reuse?

As an intern with Autodesk Research, you will investigate the most impactful use cases for these industrialized renovation efforts. You will use 3d scanning/sensor technology and robotic platforms to prototype automated methods of collecting building data, establishing a foundation for how we renovate and repurpose the existing building stock. You will be part of a global team of researchers specializing in robotics, software engineering, and sustainable architecture, with access to the facilities and expertise of staff at Autodesk’s Boston Technology Center for prototyping and validating your proposed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of a team exploring new and advancing areas of research in the realm of Industrialized Construction and Net-Zero Buildings

• Participate in iterative design, testing and development sprints to refine research

• Present research to team; create report or academic paper

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Masters or PhD degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields

• Experience with one or more robotic platforms such as AGVs, robot arms, and related control and navigation

• Basic knowledge of Revit or BIM software

Position Overview

As a Data Analyst in the Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing (ILM) organization, reporting to the Senior Manager of Innovation Marketing, you will join an Agile group leading the development of growth strategies across Autodesk, including product-led growth (PLG). Our team works across main functional and technical organizations within Autodesk to identify, propose, test, and mature break-through go-to-market capabilities to enable scalable business growth while delivering value to customers of all sizes. A crucial part of your role will be to do data deep-dives across our product portfolio to identify strategic opportunities and inform growth strategy. You will work with innovation managers to analyze experiments and test results, size opportunities and use these findings to influence partners across Autodesk.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on complex data analysis and strategic insights

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and diverse datasets

Position Overview

Position Overview

Autodesk People & Places (PPL) team is looking for an HR M&A Integration Lead to help lead People strategies and plans on small to mid-sized acquisitions and own important work streams on larger and more complex deals. • Design process knowledge, with experience applying it to different types of problems

• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, or similar design and prototyping tools

• Can work within an existing design system, and have an interest in contributing to and evolving ours

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:

• $47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)
• $72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)
• $118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
