As a Recruitment Assistant, you will:

Coordinate the Full Recruitment Cycle: From advertising job vacancies and screening applications to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.

Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Talent Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and support throughout the hiring process.

Local Recruitment Campaigns: Assist in organising and managing recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent locally and regionally.

Support New Starters: Help facilitate the onboarding process, including scheduling inductions, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one.

Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate records, support the People Administrator with administrative tasks, and ensure all recruitment documentation is organised and up to date.

Working Hours and Pay Rates: Permanent contract, 40 hours per week over 5 days – up to £11.44 per hour depending on age. We aim to offer flexibility where we can with full or part time hours.

As the Burger King Manager, you'll be at the heart of an energetic F&B team, leading with clear direction and plenty of motivation. You'll inspire your team to hit their goals and keep up high standards by showing them how it’s done! You'll be hands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tackling any challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll also be the driving force behind fantastic guest experiences, continuously improving how we interact and solving any issues that pop up. Plus, you'll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies and Burger King brand standards.

Key Responsibilities 
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.  
Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.  
Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.  
Resource Management: Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.  
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.  
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.

Requirements  
- Proven experience in roles such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager in a fast-food chain, or a similar management role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. 
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations. 
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills. 
- Experience in budgeting and financial management. 
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as an Owner Events Coordinator, where you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional experiences for our Holiday Home Owners.

We are seeking an Owner Events Coordinator, to join our experience team and play a key role in enhancing owner experience on park, by organising and coordinating events and activities. You will also act as a primary point of contact for our owners, helping to build lasting relationships that promote owner loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and deliver a calendar of events and activities tailored to our owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Co-ordinate communication and engagement with owners, from welcoming them on park to updates on park developments and events.
- Manage the logistics and resources required for events with park leadership teams, ensuring that all events are compliant with H&S regulations.
- Analyse owner feedback to continuously improve ownership experience on park.

Requirements
- Proven experience in event co-ordination, customer service, or a similar role, ideally in the leisure, hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an owner first mind-set.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
- Proficient with Microsoft office

This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
