The role:

• Ensure the highest standard of care and support are delivered to our service users
• Encompassing all activities of daily living
• Act as a role model and will be actively involved in engaging service users with daily activities, educational and behavioural support programmes and leisure/recreational activities

The Role and Responsibilities

You will be part of a team who are responsible for ensuring that our children and young people are nurtured and cared for in every element of their lives and overall well-being. Job Purpose
To be part of a team offering a comprehensive residential service to children and young people, the aim being to ensure the physical, social and emotional care, and development of the children and young people and the establishment.

Cleaning
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the Centre, including the kitchen at all times.
• Liaise with management and staff in relation to daily chores requiring completion

• Ensure all toilet facilities are cleaned to a high standard as well as ensuring there is enough soap, toilet rolls and hand towels

We are looking to recruit people to support children and young people in a residential home setting. Residential support roles require long day shifts with the ability to do sleep-ins at the home overnight.

What is the role?

Your role will be to support our children in the homes we provide for them, in all aspects of their daily lives. You will safeguard our children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm. When the children are not in the service you will be expected to undertake basic housekeeping duties where required. Summary of Responsibilities
