As an Area Business Consultant, you'll interact with potential and existing clients to create new business chances across different sectors. This includes getting learners involved in our full range of Apprenticeship programs, funded training, or commercial training. You'll collaborate closely with your local team to meet enrolment goals and represent HIT Training Ltd at local events.

The role will include working from home, travelling to client sites and networking opportunities in your local area.

Duties will include:


Actively prospecting and identifying new business leads.
Researching potential clients and new business opportunities within your region.
Networking with local partners and clients to uncover new business opportunities.
Travelling to meet potential clients and partners to explore new business prospects.
Setting up and leading meetings and presentations to convert potential clients.
Tracking and managing new business opportunities using our CRM system.
Collaborating with the local team to prioritise new business generation and support enrollment targets.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new clients.
Achieving or surpassing monthly new business targets through proactive outreach.
Coordinating with area managers and internal teams to advance new business leads.
Collecting and sharing client feedback and market insights with relevant departments.




About you

We’re seeking proactive, confident individuals with the following skills and experience:


Previous experience in a business development role.
Experience of new business development and lead generation.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
A natural problem solver who can take initiative and is self motivated.
Ideally familiar with the further education and apprenticeship sector.

Your Role as an Adult Care Trainer:

As an Adult Care Trainer, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and get to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face-to-face in their care homes.

Working 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, a typical week will involve 2-3 days of travelling to see your apprentices. With the rest working from home; meeting apprentices online and completing administration.

What You'll Do:


Work with adult care apprentices in their care homes and online.
Use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of care.
Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs.
Support your apprentices with their functional skills, explaining how English and maths are important in their role.
Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices’ skills.
Develop relationships with employers in your area.


About You

We’re looking for passionate care professionals, looking to share their knowledge and make a meaningful impact on the industry. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:


Demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Care Manager level
A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar)
A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
