Your new role
This is a full time role at 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns, covering rotation across days and nights.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high quality nursing care to patients across a range of services
- Leading a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care plans and interventions
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records and documentation
- Adhering to the NMC Code of Accountability and other relevant policies and procedures
- Participating in clinical audits, research and quality improvement initiatives
- Undertaking continuous professional development and training
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid NMC Registration
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure
- Flexibility to work across flexible shift patterns, covering rotation across days and nights
