Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Memory Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate cognitive function and memory.
• Timely Diagnosis: Ensure prompt diagnosis of cognitive impairments to facilitate early intervention.
• Pharmacological Treatment: Administer and monitor pharmacological therapies as indicated by assessments.
• Post-Diagnosis Support/Signposting: Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families following diagnosis, connecting them to relevant services and resources.
• Monitoring/Review: Regularly review patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to meet changing needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid registration as a nurse with the NMC

The role involves investigating complaints and incidents related to anti-social behaviour, enviro crime, stray dogs, and unauthorised encampments. You will work with multiple agencies to develop preventative measures and support the Community Safety Partnership.

Job Purpose

• To carry out surveys and identify required responsive repairs and voids works to the Council's housing stock, communal and environmental areas and assist with the ongoing management of the HRA investment programme.
• To prepare work schedules, raise orders and instruct contractors and oversee and monitor contractor performance and Contracts - including Contract Terms intervention as required.
• Undertake a full range of pre and post surveying services including project management, quality and cost control, for projects that form part of the capital and revenue investment programme.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant statutory legislation (including Planning and Building Control) and regulations and in line with the Council's procurement policies and procedures.
• Work with Reactive Maintenance Lead to procure projects in compliance with procurement legislation, Section 20 processes and to meet leaseholder expectations.
