Responsibilities:

You will play an important role in:

 Responsible for sales of the TOX® full range of products & special fabrication systems to

existing and new customers.

 To visit customers & carrying out technical discussions/presentation, designing of

systems/products selection, costing, preparing quotations, negotiation for & execution of

purchase orders from customers.

 To understand the needs of the key accounts to propose suitable solutions based on their

requirements.

 Conduct company/product presentations to customers and assessing customers’ need.

 Preparing project proposal ensuring that the product offering, pricing, payment term and other

commercial terms are indicated.

 Maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitors and their activities.

 Being aware of product & service marketability, customers’ technical & manufacturing needs

as well as government regulations

 Maintaining an up-to-date awareness of strategic plans and procedures to coordinate market

plans.

 Responsible for managing the company’s existing relationships while developing new

business opportunities.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to be:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or comparable

education.

 Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Automation System and Project Sales handling

especially in Automotive and Home Appliances industry.

 Good working knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC, Servo Drive programming and

Automation systems.

 Ability to be successful in an environment of continuous improvements and stretch targets.

 Good personal influencing, negotiation and selling skills.

 Must be proactive, multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

 Independent with strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

 Matured personality, enthusiastic, team player and able to work under pressure.

 Willingness for frequent domestic and international business trips as needed.

 Good command of English, both spoken and written

 Own vehicle and possess valid driving license.

 能夠在持續改善和延伸目標的環境中取得成功。

 良好的個人影響力、談判和銷售技巧。
