In this role you will take an active part in the sustainment and continuous improvement of stock integrity control measures by
carrying out daily physical inventory tasks, stock investigation and reporting on stock variances.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll look after:

* Change Implementation: Lead the implementation of Systems change within our warehouse facility, ensuring seamless integration
and alignment with business processes
* Business-IT Liaison: Act as the Senior point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT team, translating business
needs into technical requirements
* Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with business units to identify areas for improvement through system changes and
process enhancements
* Complex Change Design: Work closely with IT teams to design and implement complex changes to the Warehouse Management System
* Incident Management: Provide leadership and management to ensure Incidents are resolved in a timely manner with limited impact
to the Operation
* System Optimization: Advise business users on best practices for utilising the WMS effectively
* System Health: Active monitoring of critical System processes and timely resolution of issues identified




About You

* WMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the design, implementation and usage of Warehouse Management
Systems. Our system is SAP EWM but would welcome experience in JDA, Manhattan and other WMS providers
* Warehouse Management: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
* Change Management: Proficiency in managing complex system changes and enhancements
* Problem-Solving: Analytical mind-set with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders
* Project Management: Experience in leading system implementation projects

Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic School Administrator to join our busy team at St Andrew’s Primary School.

This is a varied and busy role which includes a variety of admin tasks. You will be responsible for managing the school office and for the Admissions and Leaver processes for pupils. You will also provide admin support to the Head of School & Executive Headteacher. Good communication skills with parents and other agencies will be valuable in this role. Keeping database information up to date is an important part of the role this means a keen eye for detail is important. You will also be required to deal with the First Aid needs of pupils (Full training for this would be provided) and provide support during break & lunchtimes.
