This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations.

You will be the first line in all service and maintenance throughout your allocated sites.

To effectively maintain service and repair Refrigeration Equipment in customer locations and provide assistance to HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.

• Identify non-repairable faults promptly advise the Line manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacements.

• To ensure PPM schedules are completed within agreed timescales and that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.

• Ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is always completed and up to date.

• Requirement to participate on an out of hours standby rota. Responsible for arranging & communication of any cover required due to holidays/ unforeseen circumstances to line manager.

• To be aware of regulations and codes of practise applicable to the tasks.

• To order and fit parts or components as prescribed by company procedures.

• Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary

• To carry out surveys and complete reports as required by the refrigeration supervisor/ RFM.

• All work will be completed to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy.

• To carry out all tasks assigned within the allotted time period to the satisfaction of the company and client.

Receive all visitors to the Bromley Mental Health Hub at Rachel Knotley in a courteous manner, ensuring that they are directed to the relevant personnel in an efficient and timely manner.

Respond to incoming calls and deal with enquiries in accordance with management procedures.

Record all messages accurately ensuring appropriate action is taken and messages passed to the relevant discipline/clinician. Use initiative in finding appropriate clinician for advice if required staff member is absent.

Responsibility for retrieval of messages left on the Team’s answer phone ‘out of hours’ ensuring that such messages are directed to the relevant personnel.

Summoning of relevant emergency services to the Locality Mental Health Team as and when need arises.

Receiving all incoming post to the Locality Mental Health Team and distribute/disseminate as necessary.

Receiving emails sent to the Locality Mental Health Team ensuring that these are directed to relevant personnel in a timely and efficient manner.

Issuing via reception any documentation for service users, as instructed by clinicians.

Daily liaising with Couriers ensuring that all post/medication is collected from the Locality Mental Health Team.

Implementing and maintaining effective communication systems with team, locality, acute in-patient staff, GPs and clients.

Keeping movement chart on all staff updated throughout the day, as and when the need arises, including receiving update information from clinicians.

Using current Trust electronic system to record and retrieve information on both service users and caseload holders.

Manual recording (for future electronic input) of all arrival/seen/departure times of service users who are being seen by a medic ensuring that this information is accurate and complete.

Manage and coordinate all room bookings.

Booking of future appointments / reviews ensuring that necessary personnel are included in the appointment, all data work linked to appointment completed and any documentation issued as necessary.

Printing of clinics list and collation of all the necessary information in readiness for the forthcoming week’s outpatient clinics to be held by the medics.

Scanning of incoming documentation, ensuring that the scanned image is an exact duplicate of the original. Captured image to be uploaded onto the Trusts current electronic system and onto the correct service user’s electronic record, and original documentation shredded.

As Field Care Supervisor you will work under the direction of the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and Branch Manager, implementing systems to ensure that a domiciliary care service is delivered meeting and exceeding legislative standards, and in accordance with company equal opportunities and health & safety policy

Responsibilities:

• To undertake domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments on new clients/service users prior to the provision of a domiciliary care service
• To maintain an effective system in consultation with the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and Branch Manager for quality assurance management based on the outcomes for service users, in which standards and indicators to be achieved are clearly defined and monitored on a continuous basis.
• To meet domiciliary care workers formally on a one-to-one basis for the purposes of direct supervision at least quarterly and keep written records on the content and outcome of each meeting.
• To assist the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and Branch Manager with the delivery of a care assistants' development and training programme to ensure members are able to fulfil and meet the changing needs of clients and service users.
• To participate in an on-call roster providing and co-coordinating cover for unplanned absence to maintain the service.

Skills and qualifications we're looking for:

• Experience of supervising others within a Health Care setting
• Articulate with the ability to put across ideas succinctly and clearly
• Holding a valid UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable, however other travel arrangements are possible and will be taken into consideration
• Excellent assessment skills
• Office based role with a requirement to visit clients in their own homes so experience of working on own initiative - self-starter, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Learning Support Assistant - Nido Volans
The Role
You will support the team to provide essential learning and accessibility support to young people and adults with SEN which includes facilitating their access to and achievement of learning programmes, supporting their access to all College services and College led activities and facilitating personal development of learning/study skills and educational outcomes including those relevant to individual Educational Health & Care Plans (EHCPs)
You will be required to provide person-centred learning support to students with severe and complex learning difficulties and/or disabilities which may include supporting them with personal care where necessary. You may work with individuals or small groups and encourage students to engage with activities or work independently.
Skills and Experience
You will have good literacy and numeracy skills and have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with students, teachers, parent/carers and, other agencies involved with the students. Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and an understanding of safeguarding and discrimination issues and the difficulties faced by those with learning difficulties are essential.
You must be willing to assist learners with regards to their personal care and mobility, taking instructions from learners regarding their support needs. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability establish good working relationships. You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills. Experience of working with SEN learners in a secondary or FE environment is desirable.
