You will be training on the Children and Young People’s Psychological Training: Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Adolescents Course (ITP-A) and carrying out clinical work within Hammersmith and Fulham CAMHS in West London NHS Trust to complement the studies with clinical work.Kindly see our Candidate Pack for further details.

This is a training position and so all candidates will need to apply for both the trainee role with H&F CAMHS and the UCL Post Graduate Diploma in Child and Young Person IAPT Therapy in order to be shortlisted.As this is a Postgraduate level training, you will be required to study and perform at academic level. This full-time training will begin in January 2025 with around 2.5 days a week for academic work (teaching and personal study), and 2.5 days based at the service seeing clients related to training assignments.

Trainees will be both an employee of the service and an enrolled student with UCL/Anna Freud. Upon completion, qualified trainees will receive a UCL Postgraduate Diploma.

The roles will be exciting and varied, including individual and group working in a CAMHS setting, enabling the post holders to develop a range of skills and experience whilst studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Child & Young Person IAPT Therapy.

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. Job Requirement:
