We have a post for a band 5 mental health nurse to work within our new community mental health team.

As part of the Transformation of services , our Community Mental Health Team are aligned to GP's . This will mean that we will cover a broad spectrum of diagnosis and presentations including people with emotional regulation difficulties, schizophrenia, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms, and psychotic depression

Our Team covers the locality of South Warwickshire. We have bases, one in Leamington Spa and Stratford Upon Avon and we work across both bases.

The team is well known for beings supportive multi-disciplinary team that provides a positive working atmosphere.

The team has invested in considerable staff training and development over the years to develop skills with working with our patient group. Working within an established team, you’ll be managing a caseload of clients who have complex mental health problems across all diagnostic presentations and delivering a range of interventions. You will have the opportunity to gradually build your skills and confidence as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using evidence-based approaches.. You’ll be communicating with a wide variety of clients; professionals; partners and agencies.

You will be managing a caseload of patients, as well as supporting with nursing duties such as clinics, duty and supporting the wider multi-disciplinary team.

We have an exciting opportunity for band 3 support worker to join our team.

The Team covers the locality of South Warwickshire. We have two bases, one in Leamington Spa and one in Stratford This post is to be based at St. Mary’s Lodge in Leamington Spa but there may be occasion where the successful applicant will be required to provide cover in the Stratford base, so being a car driver is essential to this role.

This can be a challenging patient group; however, this team has a positive attitude & non-judgemental approach toward this patient group, understanding what has brought them to their current presentation, recognising individual strengths and establishing clear, focussed, professional relationships that identify clear boundaries and expectations for both the patient and clinician. This empowers both patient and clinician to see what can be achieved through clear collaborative care planning. Those patients with a psychotic presentation may be managed through shared care within the team. This allows the sharing of responsibility, skills and knowledge. This offers the opportunity for staff to develop their role whilst being supported and guided by more experienced clinicians.

The Role
Representing RAS, you will be working for well-known retailers at various sites nationwide.

The purpose of this role is to support in-store projects such as range reviews and store refresh schemes by implementing all elements relating to racking and shelving installations and merchandising to store planogram to give a spectacular finish.

Ability to follow company policy and procedures especially in Health and Safety would be critical to this role. A driving licence would be highly desirable for the role as projects will have a nationwide remit. Shifts are between 10 -12 hours and usually nights although some day shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the on site Supervisor to achieve all required project objectives to schedule
• Ensure the RAS health and safety principles are adhered to at all times
• Installing and dismantling Pallet Racking and gondola
• Helping out to make sure installation is carried out to manufacture specs (frame orientation, bracing pattern, row spacer locations, shimming, bolting etc)
• Providing support in merchandising to plan and ensuring excellent display standards
• Making sure site is cleared and tidy on job completion
• Travelling to and from jobs
• Behave in a professional manner
• The role will require lifting heavy items at times so being fit and healthy would be beneficial

The Person:

Essential

• SEIRS OR CSCS card holder
• Experience working with hand tools
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Flexibility with working hours
• Flexibility with working days

Desirable:

• Full UK driving licence
• Hold a forklift truck licence
• IPAF 3A/3B certifications
• Comfortable working at heights
