You’ll make a difference:
Reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager, as the Fleet Junior Associate you will be responsible for supporting the Fleet Team for the US market (night shifts) and ensuring the entire supply of contractors (Partner Drivers) is taken care of.
As part of the Fleet Team, your role will be divided into three key areas:
- Partner driver recruitment,
- Training, and
- Quality Assurance.
The roles & responsibilities can be broadly outlined as follows:
- Outbound calls for the driver recruitment process.
- Inbound communication from Partner Drivers emails, chats and to support them with any questions or concerns they may have, such as payment questions, feedback queries, work confirmation, and contract issues.
- Take charge of investigating Partner Driver’s errors and supporting/ correcting them where required.
- Liaising with our Partner Drivers around the world from the moment they apply in our platform.
- Liaising with the Fleet team in London, Dubai, and Singapore.
- Working alongside our internal teams.
- Responding to ongoing driver queries, issues, and feedback.
- Responsible for matching driver supply to client demand.
- Responsible for managing driver performances.
- Document all interactions with partner drivers accurately.
- Project-based improvements - lead and take ownership of any given project for improving how Laundryheap operates.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or technical support are advantageous.
- Past experience working in the night shifts.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 1 year only in International voice process (US/EU calling), preferably with exposure to supporting drivers.
- Email and chat process experience.
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving, ensuring a positive experience for drivers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple driver-related issues simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain the process and policies clearly to drivers.
- Previous experience in operations and logistics is a big plus!
- Previous experience in a startup is a big plus!
Work Schedule and Patterns:
- 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
- 5 days a week (2 week-offs based on rota)
- US Shift ( 8:30 pm IST to 5:30 am IST)
- Office-based role
