Junior Automation Developer| HIGH WYCOMBE
We’re looking for a fabulous Junior Automation Developer to join our Systems team and play a key role in assisting in the design, development, and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions aimed at optimising business processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing operational costs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance automation processes and improve user interfaces.
· Utilise Microsoft Power Automate Desktop to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
· Assist in the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using industry-leading tools.
· Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and document business processes suitable for automation.
· Develop and maintain automation scripts and bots, ensuring they meet the required performance and quality standards.
· Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
· Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure smooth operation, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
· Document automation development processes, configurations, and changes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.
· Provide support and training to end-users on automated processes and tools.
· Stay up to date with the latest automation technologies, including Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism trends, and best practices to continually improve automation solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience in working on automation projects in a retail environment, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing human error and improving customer experience.
Previous experience of Blue Prism tool and platform
Previous experience of Microsoft Power Apps technology
· You are familiar and have a good understanding of the Blue Prism tool and platform.
· An understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or VB.NET.
· Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies is an advantage.
· Understanding of how automation is applied in retail, including automating point of sale systems, inventory management and customer service interactions.
Are passionate about all things Automation from a systems perspective
Experience in maintaining a broad perspective while effectively applying attention to detail when necessary.
