This is a long-term full-time position starting in January.

Your new role
As a teaching assistant within this school, you will be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis within the EYFS/reception class. You will be this pupils' main point of contact throughout the school day, meeting them at the school gate and walking them back to their grown up(s) at the end of the school day. You will actively encourage this pupil to partake in learning material by liaising with the class teacher and breaking down the learning material into a more digestible manner. As this pupil struggles with social communication, you will also complete role plays with them and integrate them into new pupils' groups which will, intern build and solidify a strong constructive relationship and teach them invaluable social and emotional interpersonal skills.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered in your application, you must have full "Right to Work" in the UK as well as recent referenceable experience working with children and young people, as well as:

• Previous experience supporting within EYFS/reception classes
• Experience supporting SEN
• Be able to commit to a long-term full-time contract
• An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is advantageous but not essential

The Analytics and Performance team is a growing function within the AASC contract. The department will be responsible for producing accurate, current, and insightful Management information to provide all contractual, external and internal functional, performance and insight reporting. The team is also responsible for optimising service performance, driving adoption, effective business change, and ultimately helping to develop a data-driven organisation. This function is fundamental to the day-to-day operation of the AASC contract and is critical in understanding and improving the business operations. The Analytics and Performance team will work with Serco group IT and MI teams to understand business processes and requirements, identify constraints and opportunities, and recommend optimal solutions. Main purpose:

Main Accountabilities:
