About the Role As the Senior Trading Standards Officer, you will review complaints from a variety of sources including consumers and partner agencies. You will seek to tackle illegal trading practices by conducting thorough and timely investigations covering the breadth of Trading Standards legislation and through implementing disruptions to stop criminality. • Finance admin (40% of the role)
  - Using QuickBooks to process and code invoices, primarily for the café, especially during the busy summer months.
• Marketing Admin tasks

- Updating the website with event information.
- Coordinating with local magazines to upload event details.
- Managing social media content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including writing posts and adding relevant hashtags.
- Creating brochures and event flyers for local hotels, using pre-written content and images.

• PA Duties

- Answering phone calls.
- Monitoring the Director's inbox.
- Organising meetings.
- You will work closely with an Executive Assistant in the office.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous knowledge or experience in finance is preferred.
• Strong skills in website management and social media marketing.
