About the job

As a member of the Social Work team, you are expected to maintain a caseload as assigned by senior staff members and provide individual casework, group and family work intervention action plans including behavioural management of clients in care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Active Ageing Centre's (AAC) provision of active ageing, befriending & buddying, care referral services to seniors within centre's service boundary area.
2. Work closely with centre's Programme team in identifying seniors who may require additional care referral services and assist in raising appropriate referrals to care and support services.
3. Receive and review referrals for CREST service in conjunction with CREST team/Centre Manager to determine needs of clients and/or caregiver(s). Inform and consult CREST team/Centre Manager of recommendations regarding admission and classification of case (P1-3).
4. Provide case management services to clients and/or caregiver(s) under CREST programme through providing basic emotional support, monitoring, service linkages, to assist them to manage their mental health issues and caregiver stressors.
5. Work closely with primary care (eg. GPs, Polyclinics), health care providers (eg. RHs), social service agencies (eg. FSCs, SSO) and other community partners (AACs, SGO, PA, CC/RC) to identify at risk cases in the community within Fengshan division. To conduct joint assessments to assess needs and suitability for enrolment into CREST programme.
6. Receive and review referrals for Dementia Day Care programme in conjunction with Nursing Department to determine suitability and appropriate placement in the centre. Inform and seek approval from Centre Manager of recommendations regarding admission and placement.
7. Present admissions application for Dementia Day Care programme to Dept Head/ED for final approval of funding and placement of applicant.
8. Provide social work related support services to clients and their families, e.g. referrals to community or residential services.
9. Upon referral from both government/non-government sources implement an appropriate system for assessing and investigating current and future applications
10. On admission work closely with client and family to orient them to the centre and facilities.
11. Develop an appropriate internal and external network to assist in resourcing and referral of service users.
12. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that psychosocial needs of the clients and their caregivers are actively considered in their care management.
13. Ensure "hands-on" approach to working with service users.
14. Maintain accurate and current documentation of casework for assigned caseload.
15. In compliance with government regulations for continued funding, conduct annual review of household incomes/social conditions of residents' support network.
16. Work closely with peers within department to maintain an efficient and effective Social Work department.
17. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and work closely with Case Manager (Clinical) in discharge planning reviews.
18. Attend case conferences, meetings, network with external agencies as required.
19. Be a resource person for specific projects as needed.
20. Undertake any other related duties considered necessary for effective programme support.

The suitable candidate should possess relevant knowledge and skills required for auditing one or more areas covering Applications, Infrastructure, Information / Cyber Security, Continuity of Business, and Third Parties including IT Governance and the ITIL-based IT General Controls processes. Exposure to regulatory requirements relating to these areas, a good understanding of risk and controls and performing risk assessments of these functions is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and grasp the audit methodology, corporate standards, and internal control processes.
• Participate in technology audits by identifying key risks and controls, develop and execute control assessment plans, draft control issues and present them to the technology management, discussing practical solutions.
• Execute audit assignments through effective collaboration with other audit teams within budgeted timelines and costs.
• Monitor the risk and control environment of the Technology and Cybersecurity operations including emerging risks through the Business Monitoring process.
• Assess impact of applicable regulations to the technology processes and adequacy of controls for compliance.
• Develop and maintain effective line management relationships for a no-surprises approach.
• Assess appropriateness and sustainability of pragmatic solutions for risk mitigation.
• Learn and apply the data quality standards for high quality audit documentation.
• Actively contribute to the automated auditing initiative for efficient and continuous control monitoring
• Contribute to various corporate initiatives by active participation.
• Travel as necessary to deliver the audit plan (Less than 5% annually).

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Qualifications and Competencies:

• University Degree (preferably IT related)
• At least 7 years of experience of auditing or managing IT infrastructure systems or applications in a medium to large scale environment, preferably in Banking and Finance field, with strong understanding of related IT risks, controls, and regulations.
• Specific areas of experience should include Desktop and Server technologies including virtualization and Cloud operations, Databases, Middleware, data and voice networks, Software Development and Production Support practices, Cybersecurity management, and the ITIL general controls processes including IT Governance and IT Program/Project Management.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to understand IT control issues and related risks and controls, to identify root cause and recommending solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English with ability to clearly articulate issues and facilitate identification and implementation of solutions.
• Preferred with relevant professional qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Preferred experience in designing or using Computer Assisted Audit Tools and Techniques (CAATTs)
• Working knowledge of the modern banking technology systems.
• Good project management and interpersonal skills.
• Travel as necessary to deliver the audit plan (Less than 5% annually).

• Ensure the effective Engineering, Planning, Quality, Survey, Cost Control, and Scheduling functions for the project.

• Compliance with the Safety and Environmental Responsibilities (attached).
• Assisting Project Manager and Construction Manager with daily site activities.
• Monitoring/reporting site progress (direct employees and subcontract works).
