QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: NVQ (Adult) Level 2 or above OR equivalent. Must be in the process of completing NVQ (Adult) Level 3.
Experience: Senior Care Role or Team Leader: 1 year (required)
Satisfactory enhanced DBS Check and where applicable a check against the DBS First List

Senior Document Controller

Due to continued growth and project winsMurphy is currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller to join our water team in Nuneaton.

As the Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for implementation, development, operation and collation of all contract documentation and computer records. This is not your typical document controller position and will offer the right candidate the opportunity to really make this role their own with ideas on new procedures and innovative ways of working. What you will be doing

- Manage the quality check process for documents. Ensure correction of any that have typographical/formatting errors that may lead to the disqualification of the document.
- Assist in the creation and maintain distribution lists / workflows / review cycles.
- Ensures there are no errors in filenames before submission of electronic files.
- Ensure the reason for change is recorded when documents are revised.
- Assist in the collation and issue of project / site 'start-up' packs.
- Assist in the management of change by ensuring documents are processed correctly, made available to the commercial team, and linked to the contract documents via CDE where a tool allows.
- Assist in the collation and issue of handover documentation (O&M manuals, H&S files, as-built records, databooks, completion packs etc.)
- Assist with the development and training of document controllers and assistant document controllers.
- Provide Aconex training for all project staff within 5 working days of starting.
- Manage the site scanning of documents and records, ensure legibility and traceability.
- Assist with archiving of documents, ensure legibility and traceability. Note: archiving should be electronic unless the contract or legislation states otherwise.
- Undertake audits / reviews as required.
- Ensure optimum performance of DC team for the portfolio of work, undertaking reviews for gains in efficiency.
- Ensure the workload and workflows are monitored on a regular basis, report results to Document Control Manger.
- Keep informed of any changes to BS1192 & PAS1192 and any other standards relating to document control.

SALARY: £23,000 - £27,000 (+ Excellent commission)
HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.00pm

The ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Executive will be required to do the following:

* Excellent earning potential. Commission is uncapped and earned from the first sale!
* Book qualified sales appointments for Field Sales Consultants through outbound calling.

Main duties and Responsibilities 1. Produce orders for routine and non-routine medicines, release and send through ordering system. Ensure printed copies signed off by appropriate Pharmacist each morning and afternoon in order to meet deadlines set by individual suppliers. 2. To use IT systems to procure pharmaceutical stock in line with regional & local contract agreements 3. To identify, analyse and resolve problems with contract/non-contract prices and drug shortages in liaison with suppliers, with the support of the Lead Technician. 4. To follow departmental procedures to claim back reimbursement for off-contract purchasing 5. To work closely and supervise with the pharmacy stores team to facilitate for an efficient ordering/receipt/invoicing service. 6. To assist in the receipt and supply of pharmaceuticals to ensure the smooth running of stores area. 7. Investigate and resolve of discrepancies in stock, deliveries and supplies to wards and departments, escalating to Lead Technicians where appropriate.
