Job Descriptions:

• Provide L2 support for Windows servers and database environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication or certificate management related topics.
• Support release activities together with our stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the relevant support team to ensure timely resolution of user issues and efficient escalation processes.
• Must respond to Customers’ concerns and complaints in an adequate manner.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshooting, Incident Management & Resolution.
• Work to comply with SLA and OLA

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree or other equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of support experience
• At least 2 years of working experience in the following technologies: Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, SAN storage, Hyper-Converged-Infrastructure
• A strong interest in working information technology environments.

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and conduct internal audit reviews according to the approved annual audit plan to assess effectiveness and efficiency of internal control, governance and risk management processes.
• Undertake audit planning and fieldwork independently and ensure well documented audit work papers to support audit conclusion and results.
• Prepare audit report and develop practical or value added recommendations to address the root cause of issues identified or to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and follow-up to ensure agreed improvement plans are timely implemented.
• Involvement in the Company’s J-SOX assessment process and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in related field such as auditing, banking, accounting, finance, commerce.
• A minimum of 4 years of internal auditing experience, preferably with prior exposures in banking / financial services industry.
• Exposure and experience in ISO Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO37001) and Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley (J-SOX) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Business License Management: 

Oversee the application, renewal, and management of all business licenses and permits required for branch operations.

Coordinate with municipal councils and other regulatory bodies to ensure timely submission of documentation and fees.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations regarding business licensing.

Maintain accurate records of all licenses, their expiration dates, and any relevant correspondence with authorities.

Resolve any issues or disputes related to licenses in a timely and effective manner.

Tenancy Agreement Management: 

Handle the preparation, review, and negotiation of tenancy agreements in collaboration with landlords and legal teams.

Ensure that all tenancy agreements are legally binding, protecting the company’s interests, and align with corporate policies.
