This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for receiving, preparing and delivery of Rx accurately and timely. The Store Leader/Store Leader 2 is responsible for all facets of store operations (at two store locations for SL2) and directly influences the performance of everyone who interacts with guests. Using elements of GameStop's buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model, the Circle of Life, the Store Leader develops and promotes a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest, and providing outstanding guest service experiences through professional conduct and shared passion for gaming, and supporting the overall store environment to meet/exceed sales and profit. In addition to ensuring that products are easy to see and buy, building sales by sharing product and gaming knowledge with guests, providing a clean, organized environment in which to shop, and growing guest loyalty and repeat business, this position supervises a retail staff which may vary based upon store size, location(s), and expected sales volume.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• SL2 will manage and lead in a multiunit capacity, with the ability to multitask and direct a larger team across two store locations.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests; respond to guest questions/concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously; assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests of special promotions; recommend additional items as appropriate; apply all selling behaviors during every transaction and thank every guest for shopping at GameStop; prioritize guests over tasks and demonstrate that commitment by circulating throughout the store.
• Support the total shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and the guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Promptly and accurately process guest purchases/return transactions using Point‐of‐Sale (POS) computer system via PC keyboard, including making correct change, placing merchandise in a bag, providing a receipt, and ensuring top notch guest service.
• Respond to guest comments or questions in person or on the phone; answer phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally, using the phone greeting provided by GameStop; when appropriate, escalate customer issues and complaints to the Store Leader in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits, e.g., new title reservations program, trade-in program, and Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.
• Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure associates have completed their onboarding, job training, and compliance training PRIOR to opening or closing a shift on their own. Associates should know all aspects of their jobs, including all company/store policies, inventory control and loss prevention practices including scam awareness, safety best practices, financial protocol, and ethical responsibilities.
• Communicate regularly with store associates and District Manager to ensure that all GameStop store initiatives are implemented according to plan. Set guest service expectations for store associates and train store associates in all aspects of their job responsibilities, including company/store policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines. Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors, Senior Guest Advisors, and Assistant Store Leaders.
• Schedule store associates ensuring that the scheduling guidelines are followed, and all breaks and meals are accounted for as required. Supervise staffing levels to achieve optimum guest service at all times and ensure that best-in-class guest service is consistently provided.
• Approve payroll, make time edits, and verify that store associates are paid for all time worked.
• Provide timely and appropriate recognition and feedback to all store associates concerning performance; regularly input written feedback for each store associate into HRIS.
• Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are neat, clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines and all store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Perform store inventory counts (home store and other stores in your district/region), stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move product from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the sales floor.
• Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices including scam awareness, safety best practices, and delivering bank deposits as required; visually inspect associates' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift as appropriate.
• Lead store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties necessary to goal achievement.
• Count, balance and reconcile daily business transaction totals correctly and accurately in the POS system. Ensure that all closeout paperwork for daily business transactions and bank deposit slips are completed correctly and accurately; ensure store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions; make bank deposits daily or per established guidelines.
• Verify all shipments for discrepancies/shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system; conduct merchandise counts/inventories and communicate discrepancies to District Leader.
• Process defectives/recalls and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Maintain awareness of associate and guest safety; identify and immediately address potentially hazardous situations. Report any injuries promptly per company guidelines.
• Maintain store records/files in a neat and organized manner; ensure that manuals are up to date.
• Form professional partnerships with appropriate military personnel on assigned military base, including the Supply Base Leader (applies only to positions in stores located on a military base).
• Consistently adhere to and demonstrate a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, respectful workplace, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred. 
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.

Preferred

The Ambulatory Care Manager provides care management and care coordination for adult and pediatric patients with complex illness, in the primary care setting, under minimal supervision. The Ambulatory Care Manager serves in an expanded health care role to collaborate with the ambulatory care management team, primary care practice leadership, consulted specialists, managed care, other members of the health care team, and patients/families to ensure the delivery of quality, efficient, and cost-effective health care services. The Ambulatory Care Manager performs patient assessments, develops patient centered care plans, implements interventions, coordinates care, and monitors and evaluates all options and services with the goal of optimizing the patient’s health status. The Care Manager integrates evidence-based clinical guidelines, preventive guidelines, and protocols in the development of individualized care plans that are patient-centric, promoting quality and efficiency in the delivery of health care.

The Ambulatory Care Manager manages a caseload of complex patients (caseload may vary based on practice needs & complexity). The Care Manager provides targeted interventions to these high risk patients to increase self-management and prevent hospitalization, emergency room visits, and/or readmissions. The Ambulatory Care Manager coordinates care across settings and helps patient/families understand health care options.

• Bachelor's degree (BSN or BS) or enrolled in a BSN program with completion within 6 months of hire required.

• Two to five years of experience in nursing with adult and pediatric patients in primary care/ambulatory care, home health agency, skilled nursing facility, or hospital medical-surgical setting required.

• Experience in chronic care management and primary care is desirable as is discharge planning experience for the acute care or post- acute care setting.

• Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan required.

• Must maintain current CPR certification and follow department standards and Bronson policy for maintaining and staying current with BLS through RQI simulation.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position plans and provides clinical support to patients and staff. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area. Provides leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the department.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Oversees the operations of the unit to ensure smooth and efficient patient care management. Assures appropriate patient assignments to beds and staff. Completes daily rounding on patients and staff to ensure quality provision of care.

2. Manages the unit to ensure patient and employee satisfaction while promoting safety and retention. Serves as a real-time resource and assists with clinical expertise for unit staff and physicians for problem-solving on patients, processes, and family issues.

3. Coordinates quality initiatives and process improvements. Aligns and manages to metrics.

4. Develops leadership skills among staff including communication, decision-making problem-solving/critical thinking and employee engagement. Leads the development of staff and supports career advancement opportunities. Functions as a role model and encourages staff to participate in their own development.

5. Facilitates unit meetings and shared governance / leadership efforts.

6. Responsible for selection, orientation, on-boarding, and retention. Demonstrates leadership through coaching, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and development opportunities to create a culture of learning.

7. Assists in the development of the operational and capital budget, provides daily operational resource management including staff, supplies, and equipment, and ensures optimal productivity for the department.

8. Supervises clinical unit staff to ensure excellent patient care. Participates in activities that foster management skills while enabling staff to care for patients, determine schedules, edit time cards, research budget issues and order supplies. Internal customers include patients, staff, and physicians. External customers include patient family.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of nursing and healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in nursing. BSN required for all individuals entering the role effective 2/1/2016. BSN required for internal transfers/promotions within 6 months of transfer/promotion.

Requires a current RN license in state of practice. BLS Required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.

Must possess at least 1-2 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population. Demonstrates knowledge and skills of specialty area. Requires critical thinking, communication, influence, decision-making, analytical, and flexibility skills to make optimal decisions based on multiple variables and desired outcomes. Requires the ability to balance clinical skills with supervisory authority. Must have the ability to consider the ultimate impact of decisions on the unit. Must have the ability to practice skills according to department and professional standards and quality requirements. Requires New Leader Experience certification within one year. Employees working at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital, BTMC Behavioral or Boswell Skilled Nursing Facility must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Manages the radiation oncology's site daily operations including all clinical and non-clinical activities pertaining to staff and patients. Provides operational and financial oversight to the assigned network radiation oncology site(s) which can include hospital and/or physician practice(s). Is responsible for improving the radiation oncology's site patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and productivity while providing cost savings and enhancing services.                                     

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assesses and identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of operational and process improvement, including patient access, care alignment, patient satisfaction, and maximizing revenue. Identifies barriers and implements corrective action measures to ensure positive outcomes for the assigned radiation oncology site(s). (20%)
• Develops, plans, and budgets on a strategic, tactical, and operational level for assigned radiation oncology site(s). (20%)
• Supervises staff, resolves problems, and implements approved disciplinary action. Interviews, hires, trains, and conducts performance evaluations for staff assigned radiation oncology site(s). (20%)
• Manages and monitors key financial and revenue cycle metrics, including staff hours, resource allocation, expense budget, patient volumes, and the revenue cycle process for the assigned radiation oncology site. (15%)
• Manages all phases of onboarding and exit processes for the assigned radiation oncology site including providing support to new employees and physicians, establishing processes, and site preparation. (5%)
• Manages all phases of exit process for the site including medical records processing, site breakdown, and staff assignments. (5%)
• Trains new managers and employees at newly opened sites in policies and procedures. Provides ongoing guidance and support to all employees work at the assigned radiation oncology site. (5%)
• Works constructively with all designated physicians, leadership, and health professionals to accomplish organization goals. (5%)
• Other duties as assigned. (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Registered Technologist in Radiation Therapy with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Radiation Therapy Certification and Registration - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
