Purpose of the role

This role focuses on the efficient and measurable collection of customer accounts to maintain the company's cash flow.

Responsibilities include ensuring payments are received on time, resolving issues promptly, and managing disputes effectively.

The role involves open communication with full-service order-to-cash clients to address overdue debts and will require
collaboration with all departments at Movianto UK.

The goal is to support the company’s financial health, manage risks, analyse financials, and drive continuous improvement to
achieve "Best in Class" standards.



Key Responsibilities

* Lead the accounts receivable team in a continuous improvement setting.
* Manage customer and client interactions professionally via various channels to resolve issues.
* Oversee payment queries and fund allocation in company and client accounts.
* Maintain the Advanced Collections Tool on Oracle with up-to-date notes.
* Ensure automatic sending and recording of dunning letters.
* Collaborate with clients on credit management and escalate bad debts as needed.
* Monitor KPIs, achieve debt collection targets, and support process automation.
* Handle month-end AR processes and assist with financial duties and ad hoc reporting.
* Prioritise customer satisfaction and maintain accuracy, organisation, and transparency.
* Work with Finance Team Leads to support business growth and financial health.

As a warehouse team captain, you will be responsible for achieving daily auditing targets by checking the accuracy of pallets and cages of stock, before they leave the warehouse, to ensure they meet the delivery requests and no errors have been made.

You will be required to:

• Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and stock loaded into trailers against drivers' paperwork and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.

Role Overview
