ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. Coordinate office supplies in absence of a property administrator
• Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current
• Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner, including leases and contracts
• Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts
• Obtain aging report for management and follow up on all delinquencies, utilizing C&W or client-directed policies
• Ensure invoices are processed in accounting with appropriate back-up and according to established procedures
• Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up
• Oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems
• Responsible for aspects of development and maintenance of a comprehensive Tenant Service Package, including tenant handbooks, tenant anniversaries, holiday gifts, park events, quarterly newsletters, and training meetings or programs for tenants. Also responsible for ensuring tenant information within data base is current and up to date
• Update and maintain office procedures in the property Operation’s Procedure Manual under direction of manager
• Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date
• Oversee the processing of management and maintenance staff hours, expense reports, check requests for review and approval
• Ensure that above standard tenant bill-backs for electrical usage, after hours HVAC, and other similar charges are processed in a timely manner
• Assist supervisor with aspects of annual budgets preparation and monthly financial reports, as well as preparation of bank deposits if processed at on site management office
• Responsible for leading regular inspections of properties with janitorial and landscape providers and any other service provider as directed by the manager
• Participates in performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations, monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes.  Manages store in the absence of the Store Manager. The Store Assistant Manager is required to perform all functions normally performed by the team member.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for communication with the Store Manager and team members on daily/weekly/monthly goals, performance to plan, key performance metrics, customer issues and company initiatives
• Complies with and enforces FedEx Office established policies and procedures and maintains an environment of controls
• Assists Store Manager in review and transmission of payroll and daily close out of POS
• Performs all other administrative duties as needed or requested including without limitation scheduling, payroll management, training compliance,  daily close-out of POS, bidding, ordering and receiving supplies and inventory controls

HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You’ll provide oversight of all personnel and patient care services. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance, quality and safe delivery of services by following clinical processes.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with intake, providing daily direction, managing referral volume based on staffing availability. Maintain positive working relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, skilled facilities, assisted livings and families.

• Supervision: Provide oversight for liaison and clinical staff and ensure timeliness of completion of work/charting as well as identify education needs for the team. Manage On call, PTO, call offs & daily/weekly productivity review to ensure proper staffing coverage to meet the needs of the business in the field and internally.

• Minimize Patient Risk: Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services by our clinical team.

• Policies: Review clinical documentation and maintain current knowledge of all Medicare/ Federal/ Insurance / Company and Hospital guidelines, policies and protocol.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with developing technology solutions, including operations, engineering, networking engineering, infrastructure or database architecture, or applications development

• 8+ years of experience with architecture and engineering one or more major cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle

SUMMARY:

The Sanitation Manager leads the Sanitation team and supports sanitation excellence throughout the plant.  Directs and manages the management team to ensure the cleaning of the plant production equipment and facility to meet food safety requirements as required by FSQA, USDA/FDA regulations and meet customer quality and safety standards. • Identify the correct channels and channel strategy for regional communications vis a vis existing cadence of corporate, business unit, customer/marketing and segment channels and messages. Ensure the appropriate application of corporate messages for resonance with the regional audience.

• Consistently track and measure effectiveness of regional communication efforts to inform future content and communication approaches.

• Ensure coordination with and build strong relationships across HR, communications, HR, IDE, marketing, businesses and functions.

• Lead the communications development for strategic presentations, coordinating with other commercial stakeholders, aligning to corporate branding guidelines and working with third parties

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required – preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of relevant professional corporate communications experience with substantial experience working in internal/external communications for a publicly traded health care company, highly regulated industry, or major global brand. 

• Proven ability to create and execute an integrated regional specific internal and external communications strategy while working closely with corporate communications colleagues and a variety of disciplines in communications and across a matrixed company.

• Experience leading internal communications programs, employee engagement initiatives and leadership communications about key business updates, including message development, content management and strategic internal communications approaches.

• Ability to develop external digital content specific to the NA Region for executive channels, as well as overall company channels, and manage regional external campaigns and messages. Experience customizing content and creating clear direction for content pillars and channels.

• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills and presentation capabilities in a corporate environment and strong executive presence and the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Flexible outlook and mindset that is energized by working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, take initiative and act independently, and work under tight deadlines.

• Strong ability to collaborate and capable of building consensus and strong working relationships within a highly matrixed organizational structure.

• Creativity and resourcefulness with strong problem-solving abilities and proven abilities to think ahead.

• Outstanding business acumen and demonstrated experience working closely and collaboratively with senior leaders across a global organization.

Manages the application of analytical risk management principles that enable organizations to achieve mission assurance by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, responding to and recovering from emergencies. Applies specific functional knowledge, working or general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, may review or guide activities of more junior employees. Manages day to day, short and long-term program risks. Ensures activities are within risk tolerances and in compliance with approved risk management policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF) procedures, and limits. Provides recommendations for risk reduction strategies and measures, monitors, and reports on programmatic and technical risks, ensuring the Program Manager is apprised of issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with program and project management or risk management

• Experience with supporting a DoD program or affiliated Programmatic Authorities

• Experience with Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management Process Planning, Identification, Analysis, Risk Mitigation, Issue Corrective Action, and Opportunity Capture and Monitoring

• Experience in developing plans with specific actions and steps to address technology, engineering, programmatic, and business impacts focusing on cost, schedule, and performance objectives

• Experience with management coordination across stakeholders to draft statements, validate impacts, present findings and progress against plans in formal meetings and boards

• Knowledge of DoD and Navy Risk Management Policies and Processes

• Ability to travel within the U.S. (CONUS) or International (OCONUS), when necessary to accommodate client needs

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with supporting complex or large-scale programs or projects, or Associate’s degree and 10+ years of experience with supporting complex or large-scale programs or projects

• Experience with government consulting

• Experience with risk, issue and opportunity tracking tools, including Risk Exchange Plus

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI

• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence

• Ability to develop briefings for senior Naval leadership at the Executive and Management levels

• Ability to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts with limited industry knowledge

• Ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and senior-level engagement

• Ability to successfully maneuver or direct challenging, high stakes conversations
