Summary of This Role

Accountable for the identification, development and delivery of Continual Service Improvement plans and initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance operational efficiencies. • Supervision: Provide oversight for liaison and clinical staff and ensure timeliness of completion of work/charting as well as identify education needs for the team. Manage On call, PTO, call offs & daily/weekly productivity review to ensure proper staffing coverage to meet the needs of the business in the field and internally.

• Minimize Patient Risk: Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services by our clinical team.

• Policies: Review clinical documentation and maintain current knowledge of all Medicare/ Federal/ Insurance / Company and Hospital guidelines, policies and protocol.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store in conjunction with the retail manager including service delivery, staff administration, facility maintenance and appearance, purchasing, record keeping, retail product and merchandise management, administrative functions including scheduling, staffing and recruitment and other operational areas of the retail store. When applicable, manage all operations in the absence of the direct, higher level manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
