As a key member of Liverpool Women’s fertility service management team, the Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for the provision of safe, effective, and efficient services across both centres, reporting into the Person Responsible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To deliver safe services
1. Provide clinical leadership, co-ordinating and assuring the highest standards of care for patients as measured by HFEA standards and trust performance indicators.
2. Provide professional nursing and AHP leadership on the organisation and

7. Provide a visible, accessible and authoritative presence to whom patients and their partners can turn for assistance.
8. Ensure the fundamental and essential aspects of fertility care are met and measured by benchmarking.
9. Lead clinical governance initiatives ensuring a process of quality improvement and driving up standards of nursing care.
10. Contribute to developing and measuring and monitoring Key performance indicators.
11. Ensure that equipment is clean, well maintained and fit for purpose and that staff are trained in its use accordingly.
12. Provide support and advice on issues relating to safeguarding
children/protecting children/domestic violence and vulnerable adults for
nurses/midwives and support staff in the Division.
13. Contribute to Clinical Governance, HFEA, Quality improvment requirements, Research and Development initiatives, providing professional advice and leadership. Provide evidence for compliance and lead on action plans where gaps are identified.
14. Report and record all adverse clinical incidents and investigate as needed, reporting and providing evidence of learning as appropriate.
15. Comply with the HFEA and Trust policy for management and administration of medicines, proactively working with clinical teams to reduce the severity of medicine related incidents.

4. To monitor demand and capacity through periods of staff shortages, maternity cover etc ensuring safe working practices at all times.
5. Constantly review service provision and ensure agreed changes are managed to agreed timescales.
6. Effectively performance manage staff.
7. Effectively manage systems and processes to enable collection of performance monitoring information.
8. To regularly review clinical and managerial information regarding activity within the service, producing reports and service improvement plans accordingly for consideration by the Divisional Manager/and or Divisional Board.
9. Working closely with clinicians in order to achieve optimal decisions for overall patient care.
10.Build processes around patients and work with patients as partners in the delivery of excellent healthcare.

To deliver the most effective outcomes
1. Maintain an effective communication network; written, verbal and electronic, informing senior staff of all matters outside your role/sphere of competence, cascading information to more junior staff.
2. Communicate with other service providers to support the effectiveness of wards/departments.
3. Play an active part in Clinical Audit review.
4. Communicate effectively on a daily basis with patients, this will include difficult conversations to address expectations of patients who are accessing fertility services and the complexities of fertility treatment and pathways.

1. Lead and encourage practice development initiatives, encouraging innovation and development and ensuring that teams participate in patient safety and quality improvement programmes.
2. Responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of Key performance indicators relating to Fertility.
3. Support the implementation of the Patient Experience and Involvement
strategy, improving the patient experience by being visible, listening to and
resolving problems for patients and their relatives and building links with PALS.

4. Investigate any accidents, complaints, defects in equipment, near misses and adverse clinical and non-clinical events, and produce reports as requested by Person Responsible and Lead Nurse.
5. Promote ways in which patients and their carers can be involved in their care and service development.
6. Support complaints management for area of responsibility, ensuring learning is embedded and disseminated, utilising strategies to ensure an overall reduction in complaint numbers.

Legal and Professional Responsibilities
1. Ensure practitioners are aware of and understand their professional and legal responsibilities.
2. Provide professional advice and input to policy development where appropriate to role.
3. Adhere to Trust and departmental policies and procedures and monitor
compliance.

What skills and experience we're looking for

The LIPA Multi-Academy Trust consists of the LIPA Sixth Form College and the LIPA School. We are looking for an experienced Estates Manager to join our growing Estates team. As a key member of the central services team, and in this newly created role, the postholder will oversee the development and delivery of strong estate management routines and robust Health and Safety processes across our sites to ensure that the Trust’s estate provides an excellent environment for our pupils and employees.

You will report to the Chief Finance Officer and will manage all estates related activity to ensure the academy remains statutorily compliant, health & safety compliant, operationally functional and meets the school’s priorities. Key tasks include managing, planning and co-ordinating the general maintenance of the buildings and associated plant and grounds, both proactively and reactively. You will oversee the cleaning team and ensure that high standards of cleaning are maintained across sites. You will supervise work being carried out across all Trust sites, communicating with other colleagues as necessary. This will involve a hybrid approach of hands-on involvement, support from an in-house Estates Assistant (Caretaker), cleaning team and the use of outsourced specialist providers where necessary. You will also be expected to contribute to the Multi-Academy Trust development plan, and the strategic estates plan.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive estates management experience, knowledge of CDM Regulations, Building Management, Health and Safety, Risk Management, and Fire Safety and have experience in utilising and implementing compliance software, systems and procedures. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proven experience of managing people. Experience of working in the educational sector would be beneficial.

**Role Purpose:**

The Site Contract Manager will be responsible for the management of all operational cleaning activities on the contract, including labour, plant and equipment operation and maintenance, financial and administrative duties for the Halewood site. They will lead, coach, mentor, and manage an established management team and a team of cleaning and waste operatives, as well as taking responsibility for recruitment and training of future employees.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**


* Manage personnel (training, absence, disciplinary) through cleaning supervisors
* Ensure all staff maintain safe working practices through implementation of Company and Health & Safety regulations
* Manage all operational cleaning activities in order to ensure the timely delivery of services to a standard which meets and exceeds that required by the customer

They will also deal with subcontractors and ensure proper dispatch of waste for disposal.

**Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:**

IVCC was incorporated in 2008 and is hosted by the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. Our program of work is supported by a wide range of funders including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, FCDO, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), USAID and DFAT (Australian Government).

IVCC partners with third party organisations (industry and academic) to support the development of new vector control products in the fight against malaria, in order to save lives and increase prosperity for some of the poorest communities in the world, which is the vision IVCC strives for.

We have a brand-new role for an additional Finance Manager to join the team, who will serve as a key financial contact, with responsibility for providing a broad range of financial deliverables associated with IVCC’s grant and institution finances.

Working closely with the IVCC and LSTM finance teams, the Finance Manager will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with finance-related policies and procedures, financial monitoring and funder reporting.

Responsibilities include:


Fully understand IVCC’s finance strategy, its purpose and internal/external stakeholders involved in its implementation
Facilitate the integration of the new finance system (OneFinance) and work with the IVCC finance team, administrators and project managers to leverage the capabilities of the system
Maintain a structure of project reporting that enables the tracking and reporting of activity against all projects and grants

The ideal candidate will possess the following:


Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience

Experience in long-term contract accounting, such as grant financial management or other project-based accounting

The difference you will make as a Case Management Team Leader

As a Case Management Team Leader, you will assist the Repairs Manager to develop a robust case management service for legal disrepair, ensuring legal compliance, customer satisfaction and achievement of our obligations and that claims are dealt with effectively to reduce the Group’s financial liability.

You will lead the Case Management Officers in managing all customer and colleague enquiries around complex repairs, legal and non-legal disrepair cases, complaints, and alternative dispute resolution. To include liaison with internal and external stakeholders, managing the customer experience and any support function associated within Case Management responsibilities.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of managing a team within a Repairs or Customer Service environment dealing with Disrepair legal matters, complex enquiries, complaints, and Case Management to dispute resolution.
• Extensive experience in the housing sector, ideally working within a customer focused Asset Management team.
• Are results driven and commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to drive change

Job Purpose The System Support Service Manager will assist the Head of Service in delivering high-quality System Support and Registration Authority services across Informatics Merseyside Partner Organisations (POs) and other customer organisations. The role involves promoting best practices and process consistency, identifying critical success factors (CSFs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective service monitoring and reporting. The manager will provide leadership and line management for direct reports, ensuring team compliance with Trust policies and procedures, while motivating and inspiring the team. Principal Responsibilities The System Support Service Manager will lead and manage systems support and registration authority services across Informatics Merseyside POs, ensuring high data quality and system integrity. Responsibilities include managing the release process for application changes, ensuring compliance with Change Advisory Boards, and overseeing system integration and implementation. The manager will also lead post-implementation reviews, negotiate system releases and developments with POs and third parties, and ensure that all necessary training and awareness initiatives are communicated to the team. The role requires a deep understanding of NHS policies, and the manager will provide guidance on data quality and policy interpretation. The manager will also lead supplier negotiations, ensuring proper contract management, fault resolution, and training, and will audit compliance with strategies and policies, reporting to the relevant committees. Performance Management The manager will lead the provision of effective system support and registration authority services across Partner Organisations, supporting their performance measurement agendas and ensuring business and governance needs are met within agreed deadlines. This includes monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), ensuring all systems are capable of appropriate data capture for statutory, local, and commissioning reporting. The manager will monitor service targets, quality standards, and performance levels, contributing to the development and implementation of KPIs and CSFs. Regular management reports will be produced to track performance, and any performance issues will be communicated to Account Managers for further action. Strategic Role The System Support Service Manager will assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, protocols, and standards related to system support and registration authority services. The role involves contributing to business plans and service improvement plans, ensuring alignment with national and local guidelines. The manager will also contribute relevant service provision information to Account Managers to enable comprehensive reporting to Partner Organisations. Research The role requires the manager to stay informed about the latest and emerging processes and procedures related to data, application support, and integration techniques. This involves researching best practices, suggesting improvements to the services provided by the System Support and Registration Authority functions, and possibly conducting surveys or audits to support service enhancements. HR Management The System Support Service Manager will have day-to-day management responsibilities, overseeing a team of staff across multiple sites. This includes performance management, appraisals, and dealing with disciplinary issues where appropriate. The manager will develop objectives and performance plans for the team, ensuring alignment with Informatics Merseyside's aims and objectives. The role also involves ensuring effective communication within the team and providing leadership to maintain high service standards. Staffing needs will be analysed with consideration of budgetary implications, and the manager will be involved in recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates. Financial Responsibility The manager will oversee contracts with third-party system suppliers, ensuring value for money and responsiveness. This includes providing information to assist with financial planning and budgeting, ensuring systems accurately record information for timely data submission, and managing within project budget constraints. Education, Training, and Development The role requires a commitment to personal and professional development, with a focus on training and supporting team members' career development. The manager will ensure that both themselves and their team have up-to-date Personal Development Plans, with regular reviews and skills development to maintain service standards. Annual performance reviews will be conducted for all team members, with ongoing follow-up on any identified actions. Generic Responsibilities All staff, including the System Support Service Manager, are expected to commit to the Trust's vision and values, supporting Mersey Care in delivering high-quality services.
