4. General Description of the Role
The National Account Manager is responsible for their own managed portfolio of employer engagement accounts in addition to seeking out new employer relationships where required, and is seen as the subject matter expert for their given industrial sector. Be a subject matter expert on defined sectors, and maintain a thorough understanding of the employers’ end use markets and operating environments including their important customers, activity and main competitors.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the employers’ people and HR strategies, personnel challenges and opportunities, and CSR objectives and programmes. Appropriately tailor the Defence-employer proposition to maximise its attractiveness and benefits to employers.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the Defence priorities to support effective employer engagement and identify and manage risks around potential areas of duplicate engagement. Experience

Essential
- Understanding of both military and other organisational cultures (e.g. corporate, public sector, not for profit).

- Intelligence and the ability to engage with individuals at a senior, up to (and including) CXO level.

- Computer literate (possessing a good working knowledge of MS-Office applications) with demonstrable experience using management information / CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

- Maintain the operations of Cera at the standard agreed with the Regional Director and Quality & Compliance team, within the financial budget or other parameters set.

- Partner with Finance and Operations colleagues to measure weekly expenditure to ensure budget is maintained.

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships, particularly with our Business Development teams and Local Authorities so we can acquire new contracts and support packages.

- Commit to join and actively participate in the Skills for Care Managers Network to help to further develop our profile within the industry.

- Plan and attend regular meetings with all stakeholders to keep abreast of views, developments, opportunities and expectations.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience working in a regulated care environment is a must.

- RQF Diploma level 5 Health and Social Care would be desirable but not essential.

- Someone compliant with the knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.

- A leader, someone comfortable leading a team and overseeing budgets.

- Knowledge of leading a team and working within a multi-disciplinary environment.

- Previous experience of working as a manager within a domiciliary setting.

A Marketing Campaign Manager / B2B Campaign Manager is needed to join our marketing team on a full time basis for an initial six-months contract. This hybrid role will see you based from a shared workspace in SW1, London and client locations in the home counties (2-3 days a week) and the rest of the time from home (2-3 days).

As a Marketing Campaign Manager / B2B Campaign Manager, you will work mainly on key tech and freight forwarding sector clients and will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, optimise customer engagement and help deliver our clients' business objectives. Leading by example you will take the initiative, strategising and collaborating with teams to produce impactful work that delivers our clients' revenue and brand targets.

In more detail you will be responsible for overall campaign management across several major client campaigns.
