Directs a highly technical workforce that provides either air traffic control services and/or tactical and strategic support. The work impacts the effectiveness and efficiency of the day-to day operations of the facility. The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) work leader and aircraft Dedicated Crew Chief over a crew of three or more workers/mechanics. In this capacity, the work leader/crew chief coordinates and oversees all maintenance/scheduled inspections performed on his/her assigned aircraft. While performing such duties is considered as being the technical authority of the assigned aircraft, providing instructional guidance, making work arrangements, and ensuring the production pace is maintained. Performs non-leader trades and labor work as a member of the work crew. Trains reservists in the accomplishment of duties and responsibilities set forth herein.

Duties:

1. Serves as a Work Leader/Dedicated Crew Chief of assigned aircraft, responsible for effectively coordinating and/or overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, positioning, appearance and servicing of the aircraft. Responsible for the total airworthiness of the assigned aircraft.
2. Performs and/or oversees aircraft inspections including preflight, post flight, phase, acceptance, and other scheduled and unscheduled inspections.

Independently conducts group guidance sessions of a varying nature. This counseling deals with institutional adjustment, U.S. Parole commission, release planning, and interpersonal communications, individual counseling sessions varying in methods and intensity relevant to the individual's problems. They may focus on helping the individual offender understand and live within the complex family circumstances and assist him in developing new adjustment techniques. The Case Manager helps the offender view problems objectively and to deal with them realistically. Routinely deals with community resources to secure information and develop release plans. Prepare special progress reports for such consideration as parole, transfer, restoration of forfeited good time, and makes appropriate recommendations. Corresponds with attorneys, judges, probation and parole officers and other professionals regarding the inmate's case.

Forecasts and procures replacement of aircraft engines and propellers, avionics and parts. Accountable for club equipment and performing property inventories.

Hires, supervises, promotes, motivates, initiates actions to correct performance and recommends formal disciplinary actions of NAF employees.

Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Branch Chief and Security Cooperation Program Manager within the Security Cooperation Division, providing expert advice in the analysis, planning, development, implementation and review of U.S. Security Assistance and Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs and resources in support of HQ USCENTCOM operations and DoD Policies. This position serves as the Deputy Psychologist Program Manager for the Specialty Mental Health Clinic BHIP Teams (MHC). The Psychologist Program Manager is expected to provide assigned psychological services within the Mental Health Service for MH patients; and to be responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of all BHIP LIPs (Psychiatrists, APRNs, Psychologists, Social Workers, LMHCs) at the facility Community-Based Outpatient Clinics, located in Clermont, Deltona, Kissimmee, and Tavares. The Deputy Psychologist Program Manager works closely with the local BHIP Primary Program Manager, and has direct line authority and is accountable for aspects of the clinical care and support services provided to Veteran in the BHIP program at a specific location. In addition to providing direct patient care, this psychologist has substantial administrative/managerial, supervisory and training responsibilities.
