The Candidate: Previous experience in leading, motivating and developing a fleet maintenance team from a logistics/transport background, ability to multi-task with a level of flexibility to support the needs of all day-to-day operations, excellent communicator, and someone who takes pride in the service condition and standards of the fleet.

Experience in forecasting and managing departmental budgets, associated qualifications in either facilities or fleet management such as IRTEC.

HGV licence C+E desirable

As a Branch Manager, you will manage the processes and people that ensure the prompt and efficient rotation of all trade vehicles onsite. Key responsibilities are -


Ensure all vehicles are administered correctly on AX
Manage the assessment and preparation of vehicles for auction sale in a timely manner
Ensure all viable vehicles that can be sold are uploaded promptly
Ensure no sold vehicles leave the site unless paid for
Complete end of month yard and stock checks
Delivery exemplary customer service consistently to all current and potential customers.
Actively Supporting the training and development of all members of the team.


Asset Management


Maximise the number of vehicles ready for sale and available for sale on e-auction platform.
Ensuring all uploads are processed as soon as the vehicle is made available.
Support other Trade locations when required
Comply with fleet audit regulations.
