Title:

KBR is seeking a Project Manager for Instructional Systems Design (ISD) work supporting a government client in Orlando, FL. You will lead a team supporting analysis, curriculum design, and courseware development for trainers and simulators for surface vessels such as Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) and Frigates, equipment which interfaces with surface vessels, multi-platform systems, and potentially other Department of Defense (DoD) platforms or weapon systems. Your team will be part of and coordinate with a broader team which provides engineering, logistics management, and ISD support to DoD organizations developing trainers and simulators for military aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, naval surface vessels, and unmanned/semi-autonomous watercraft.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Visits to the government client facilities in Orlando, FL may be required multiple times per month.

• Travel to various client sites is expected approximately 8 times per year.

• Most duties may be performed remotely, but occasional in-person meetings with government clients and the team will be encouraged to strengthen relationships.  

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead a team of Instructional Systems Designers directly reporting to you.

• Supervise, train, mentor, listen to, and support your team.

• As new requirements emerge, hire new talent to satisfy those needs (job posting, interviewing, onboarding…).

• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders about their requirements and your team’s progress toward meeting their objectives. 

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance of projects. Set milestones. Review technical progress and budgets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as instructional design, educational technology, or business

• At least 10 years of Instructional Systems Design experience

• Proficiency with military standards and processes related to training systems and curriculum development such as MIL-PRF-29612 and NAVEDTRA guidance

• Eligibility for a DoD Secret Security Clearance

• Comfort managing a diverse team that includes local and remote personnel

• Strong oral and written communication skills

What you will do

We are hiring a Market Cash Leader in our business center. This individual works in a multi-disciplinary team of other peers and is responsible for report development and preparation, analysis, preparing the input to financial presentations and other projects requested.  This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.

What you will do

About the role

The Maintenance Manager provides functional leadership and direction to the maintenance team.  This position will report directly to the Facility Manager.  The individual must be a proven leader who can provide vision and leadership to achieve daily, yearly, and long-term asset reliability goals through application of Maintenance best practices site wide. The individual must have a good working knowledge of maintenance, reliability, mechanical integrity, and quality assurance best practices. This person must have the organizational capability to work across multiple functions, systems, and be able to communicate well with operators, mechanics, peers, and leadership. They must be able to lead improvement teams, network with appropriate professional organizations and maintain strong connections to regional and corporate M&R and technical groups.  The position has direct reports including Mechanics, Welders, and Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians.

• Act as a Safety Leader to ensure individual and team Safety remain top priority in the planning and execution of all tasks

• Set expectations for the reliability efforts to develop solutions to repetitive failures through root cause analysis and through preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Continue to implement current reliability improvement programs seeking to achieve a more proactive work management process and a stronger relation between the maintenance activities and the business’ cost performance.
• Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
• Confer with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems, and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.

Qualifications, Education, Training and Skills:

• Waste-to-Energy maintenance experience or a solid background in power or industrial or chemical plant maintenance including a minimum of 5 years supervisor experience, strongly preferred
• Engineering degree, preferred
• Must possess good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation including the National Electric Code and familiarity with NFPA Arc Flash safety regulations.
• Proficiency in work management processes including planning & scheduling and preventative maintenance.
• Experience planning and leading major maintenance outages.
• Thorough understanding of Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance Practices and systems
• Work experience in the design, repairs, maintenance, reliability, failure modes, and/or inspection of chemical process equipment.
• Familiar with reliability tools such as Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Solid understanding of Lean, 5S and other reliability process improvements tools to move the organization into a more competitive position.

The Store Leader/Store Leader 2 is responsible for all facets of store operations (at two store locations for SL2) and directly influences the performance of everyone who interacts with guests. Using elements of GameStop's buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model, the Circle of Life, the Store Leader develops and promotes a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest, and providing outstanding guest service experiences through professional conduct and shared passion for gaming, and supporting the overall store environment to meet/exceed sales and profit. In addition to ensuring that products are easy to see and buy, building sales by sharing product and gaming knowledge with guests, providing a clean, organized environment in which to shop, and growing guest loyalty and repeat business, this position supervises a retail staff which may vary based upon store size, location(s), and expected sales volume.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• SL2 will manage and lead in a multiunit capacity, with the ability to multitask and direct a larger team across two store locations.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests; respond to guest questions/concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously; assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests of special promotions; recommend additional items as appropriate; apply all selling behaviors during every transaction and thank every guest for shopping at GameStop; prioritize guests over tasks and demonstrate that commitment by circulating throughout the store.
• Support the total shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and the guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Promptly and accurately process guest purchases/return transactions using Point‐of‐Sale (POS) computer system via PC keyboard, including making correct change, placing merchandise in a bag, providing a receipt, and ensuring top notch guest service.
• Respond to guest comments or questions in person or on the phone; answer phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally, using the phone greeting provided by GameStop; when appropriate, escalate customer issues and complaints to the Store Leader in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits, e.g., new title reservations program, trade-in program, and Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.
• Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure associates have completed their onboarding, job training, and compliance training PRIOR to opening or closing a shift on their own. Associates should know all aspects of their jobs, including all company/store policies, inventory control and loss prevention practices including scam awareness, safety best practices, financial protocol, and ethical responsibilities.
• Communicate regularly with store associates and District Manager to ensure that all GameStop store initiatives are implemented according to plan. Set guest service expectations for store associates and train store associates in all aspects of their job responsibilities, including company/store policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines. Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors, Senior Guest Advisors, and Assistant Store Leaders.
• Schedule store associates ensuring that the scheduling guidelines are followed, and all breaks and meals are accounted for as required. Supervise staffing levels to achieve optimum guest service at all times and ensure that best-in-class guest service is consistently provided.
• Approve payroll, make time edits, and verify that store associates are paid for all time worked.
• Provide timely and appropriate recognition and feedback to all store associates concerning performance; regularly input written feedback for each store associate into HRIS.
• Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are neat, clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines and all store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Perform store inventory counts (home store and other stores in your district/region), stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move product from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the sales floor.
• Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices including scam awareness, safety best practices, and delivering bank deposits as required; visually inspect associates' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift as appropriate.
• Lead store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties necessary to goal achievement.
• Count, balance and reconcile daily business transaction totals correctly and accurately in the POS system. Ensure that all closeout paperwork for daily business transactions and bank deposit slips are completed correctly and accurately; ensure store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions; make bank deposits daily or per established guidelines.
• Verify all shipments for discrepancies/shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system; conduct merchandise counts/inventories and communicate discrepancies to District Leader.
• Process defectives/recalls and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Maintain awareness of associate and guest safety; identify and immediately address potentially hazardous situations. Report any injuries promptly per company guidelines.
• Maintain store records/files in a neat and organized manner; ensure that manuals are up to date.
• Form professional partnerships with appropriate military personnel on assigned military base, including the Supply Base Leader (applies only to positions in stores located on a military base).
• Consistently adhere to and demonstrate a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, respectful workplace, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred. 
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager for the Seller Growth team on Marketplace. As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will play a key role both in shaping our team’s seller growth programs, as well as leading cross-functional teams to deliver key results and insights.

The Walmart Marketplace business is part of Walmart’s ecommerce portfolio and is one of the fastest growing and most profitable business units. The Walmart Marketplace is in its 5th year and has seen tremendous growth in the past year. This growth combined with the industry ecommerce and customer dynamics has made Walmart Marketplace a highly strategic priority for Walmart for the next 5 years. The Marketplace team culture is entrepreneurial, fast paced, relentless, biased for action and highly resilient. The team is on a crucial mission for Walmart to make the Walmart Marketplace the preferred destination for sellers and customers and to leverage our Walmart scale and capabilities to differentiate across the ecommerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive marketplace seller growth via adoption of key initiatives and programs
• Formulate strategies and action plans to optimize seller growth and increase seller adoption of ongoing initiatives
• Utilize analytics tools and languages such as Python, Looker (LookML), and SQL to analyze data and generate meaningful insights
• Act as the main point of contact for international sellers
• Collaborate with China account leads to develop and implement effective seller growth strategies.
• Work closely with the product and program teams to provide insights and recommendations on servicing different seller populations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to seller growth and marketplace dynamics.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Enabling the product and program teams to better understand and cater to different seller populations.
• Driving growth in different seller segments and increasing seller adoption of various MP programs
• The department is currently on an exciting and accelerated growth trajectory, and the strategy and operations manager will play a crucial role in achieving departmental goals

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, SQL language, Looker (LookerML) and data structure knowledge
• Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data
• Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
• Flexibility to work across different time zones (ie. EST, PST, IST, and CST)

What you'll do...

As a Partner Manager of Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal, you will report to the Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal Team Lead and use your 7+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions to businesses across entertainment and electronics categories.  Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. 

Responsibilities: 

• Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals 
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts 
• Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources 
• Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, understand, and identify contacts that manage multiple budgets (brand, shopper, DR, video, etc.) 
• Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment influencing both executive and day-to-day contacts
• Implement a strategy for always-on revenue so that the team begins the perpetual revenue stream of the organization 
• Collaborate with partners to create learning agendas and help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect’s solutions 
• Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising to drive client success leveraging Walmart Connect’s ongoing product and technology developments
• Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Walmart Connect marketing solutions 
• Create and present needs-based solutions and high-quality objective based opportunities to RFPs 

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years experience in digital sales, search/sponsored products, DR, performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background 
• Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through 
• Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell 
• Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers, and consumers 
• Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner 
• Strong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions 
• Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
