Opportunity for an SHE Manager based in Essex to join the business as they grow their operation.

As Safety, Health and Environment Manager for a busy food manufacturing site you’ll report into the Technical Director.

This is a great opportunity for a SHE professional to join a food manufacturing business that is experiencing exponential growth. They plan to grow their operation significantly over the next few years and invest in custom built facilities.

Day-to-day you’ll co-ordinate all Safety, Health and Environment related activities across the site, embed a behaviour-based safety approach that leads to Continuous Improvement and ensure that all SHE related activates on site comply with all legislative requirements.

You’ll act as the initial point of contact across the business on all safety matters, undertake weekly and monthly reporting on a range of Health and Safety KPIs. You’ll coach, monitor, audit, and review activities to ensure that working practices are safe, comply with legislation and have a safe system of work along with ensuring that all potential risks associated with all activities are identified, assessed with appropriate control.

This role will suit a Safety, Health and Environment professional who is either based in Essex or able to relocate and has worked within the food industry.

To be considered for this role you will need:

Proven SHE experience gained from either a single or multi-site role in the food manufacturing sector
Working knowledge ISO SHE related management systems
Experience of managing safety or advising on safety matters
Competent user of MS Office at intermediate level (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What does this role involve? 

As a Customer Care Team Leader, you and your team will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our prepayment customers.

Day to day, you will;

coach and develop staff to be the best they can be;
oversee department KPI’s and SLA’s to ensure they are met;
manage and resolve any escalated queries from your team;
ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times;
work closely with internal departments.

The COMPANY
Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of organisations all over the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee Field Sales Executives in the Southeast of the country.

The ROLE
The successful Field Sales Manager will be required to do the following:

* People management of a Field Sales team across a defined geographical area.
* To be responsible for all recruitment, inductions, and sales training for all members of the team.
* Total responsibility for a team of Field Sales Consultants and their on-going development and performance management.
* Ensure team members are skilful in the application of self-generated new business and closing appointments to increase sales.
* The Field Sales Manager will conduct a quarterly one-on-one review with all Field Sales Executives to ensure effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Regional Sales Managers with the following experience and attributes:

* Significant experience of leading a team of field salespeople in a business-to-business environment.
* Great leadership skills, always seeking to bring out the best in others.
* Proven ability to sell to different audiences including business owners, directors, and HR Managers.
* Demonstrative ability to drive and motivate team members to perform their jobs well and generates high employee morale and satisfaction.
* A complete understanding of the sales and business development process, strong commercial acumen, with experience and a proven track record in winning new business and retaining customers.
