As the Chief Risk Integrity & Governance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing strategies that mitigate risks across the organization while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks. This position is in the Office of the Assistant Attorney General (AAG) for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. The incumbent serves as Director of Litigation reporting directly to a Deputy Assistant Attorney General. The incumbent provides executive leadership over, and exercises assigned authority for, the planning, direction, timely execution, and evaluation of ATR's Litigation Program. The incumbent also oversees and manages civil and criminal litigation strategies and tactics across the Division's cases.

The Deputy Director, PMD, serves as the Department's chief oversight manager for approved DOE loan guarantees, and directs the organizational activities of the division. The Deputy Director, PMD, exercises management authority over the life cycle of an approved loan subsequent to financial close through the final payment of the guaranteed debt obligation or expiration of the loan guarantee. This oversight responsibility is expected to evolve over several decades as approved projects move from design, engineering, and construction phases into operating phases of the project life cycle.

Establishes PMD processes and oversight requirements for portfolio management and project oversight, including the development of Credit Monitoring Plans (CMPs), which provide the guidance, template, and basis for rating and monitoring the risks of individual projects with approved loans.

Collaborates with other LPO Division Directors on the development of CMPs. Establishes and monitors compliance with CMPs and approves quarterly/semi-annual project credit reports.

The deputy CDO is expected to be abreast of latest industry trends and developments related to data, build close partnership with data practitioner communities in the Federal Reserve System and other federal financial regulatory agencies, and be willing to perform other duties and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the CDO, assists the CDO to oversee the Board's Data Program. In conjunction with the Board Data Council and the OCDO leadership team, is responsible for developing the strategic roadmap, priorities, and specific work activities of the OCDO.
• Provides technical leadership and strategic guidance to the OCDO teams on Board data strategy, data governance policies, enterprise-level data operations, and data capability development initiatives.
• Oversees a portfolio of data governance and information management initiatives. Supports initiatives to improve the business value of data, including the discoverability, accessibility, quality, and usability of enterprise data assets. Plays a significant role in the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements on data and information management.
• Oversees the activities to be compliant with all data-related legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), OPEN Government Data Act (OGDA), Financial Data Transparency Act (FDTA), etc.
• Leads OCDO efforts in conducting ongoing reviews of the existing Board data management technologies and systems. Provides advice and guidance to Board leadership in the design and development of data management technologies. Leads modernization and maturity efforts for OCDO data management technology.
• Represents the CDO at internal and external meetings with Federal government leaders and other partners on topics that benefit the Board's data program, oversees and facilitates workgroups established under the auspices of the Board Data Council, and works closely with the OCDO managers on data management improvements, program management, communications, and training.
• Develops effective communication plans and gains necessary user buy-in.
• Builds and manages a team of highly capable and effective data governance and information management professionals that contribute to the overall data management maturity of the Board.
• Coaches OCDO officers and managers in talent development, employee relation management, and in sustaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
• May be assigned additional duties not listed.

This position is located in Washington DC. Employees are expected to spend a minimum of 2 days per week onsite, subject to change. Relocation assistance is available. Some travel (10-15%) within the United States and internationally will be required.

RPS is looking for an Associate Director to join our Built Heritage Team. This is a rare opportunity for a consultant to take on and develop an existing client base. We are looking to recruit an Associate Director. but would also consider appointing at Director level for the right candidate. The position will be nominally based in our London office but, following our adoption of agile working practices we will consider candidates based across the country (who could instead work from our Newark, Gloucester, Abingdon or Edinburgh offices). The successful candidate is likely to need to attend the office at least one day per week.

You will be part of an experienced heritage team working on many of the biggest and most complicated heritage projects in the country. We offer an unrivalled range of project experience, working with English Heritage and Historic Royal Palaces, major developers and regeneration leaders, and individual property owners. We offer the opportunity to work as part of major interdisciplinary teams and innovating architects to provide outstanding new developments.

What you will be doing

· Preparation of Heritage Statements, Environmental Statements and Listed Building Consent applications

· Line management and mentoring of junior staff

· Business development

· Liaison with clients, local planning authorities and relevant stakeholders

· Expert Witness work, potentially including attendance at Public Inquiries

· Financial management of projects, to ensure they advance on time and to budget

You should be technically experienced and positive motivated to engage with relevant stakeholders to help play a part in delivery of the 1.5million homes promised this parliament together with much needed distribution and infrastructure. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing heritage advice on major projects; experience of providing expert witness and have Associate or Full Membership of the IHBC. You must hold a relevant degree in the conservation of historic buildings and places and a strong knowledge of the planning system.
