Opportunity for a Senior Commercial Account Executive to take on a Branch Director position at an independent brokerage based in Warwickshire.

Due to the current MD looking to take a step back and eventually retire in around 5 years' time, my client seeks an experienced Commercial Account Executive who has ambitions to become an MD / Branch Director.

The MD will 'drip feed' you his clients, eventually handing his whole book over to you to service alongside running the business. Initially you'll receive c£100,000 of income to service, you'll also be involved in senior level decisions, P&L and other areas of running the business.

The ideal candidate will currently work at a commercial insurance brokerage and will have ambitions to move into a senior Director level position.

In a perfect world you'll be ACII or DIP CII qualified, however this isn't essential and experience will always be just as good as qualifications for the right candidate.

Main Duties: Together with the Clinical Director, ensure that local objectives are aligned to the trust organisational strategy and quality strategy. Provide professional leadership across the team and line manage staff as delegated. Lead the implementation of the UHCW strategic nursing, midwifery and AHP objectives at team level and taking organisational leadership, as appropriate. Provide expert advice on Nursing /AHP matters within the team reflecting professional and regulatory standards. Lead quality governance and assurance processes as needed in the context of integrated services to include risk management, SIs, complaints and other outcome measures. Ensure all relevant actions from SIs are communicated and processes for improvement and learning are systematically implemented. Together with the Clinical Director, identify any issues of regulatory compliance e.g. CQC and ensure remedial / robust action plans. Maintain oversight of effective discharge services across the organisation and wider system, identifying and leading opportunities for improvement. Design and co-ordinate quarterly MADE and ensure learning and actions are in place after each event. Establish a schedule for confirm and challenge of Long Length of Stay (LLOS) patients with relevant quality metrics to track improvement. Identify opportunities for innovation, learning and development, using UHCWi methods and embed through role modelling (for example), rounding and production boards. Responsible for coordinating research and development through the Nursing & Midwifery Allied Health Professionals as relevant. Seek opportunities to address health inequalities through robust EQIAs Analyse and interpret highly complex data to inform practice and assist in the determination of policy and professional/ practice development. Dissemination of knowledge through engagement in report writing, and reviewing, taking full responsibility for technical accuracy and reliability and being sensitive to the wider implications for dissemination. Undertake proactive horizon scanning for either developments relating to Trust or system work or opportunities for Trust involvement around wider health issues. We are recruiting a Chief Driver Trainer into our Proving Ground team. This exciting role will be responsible for the daily management of our driver training function.

The role will also include but is not limited to:

delivering driver training courses for key customers,
developing new courses to expand our offering to a wider customer base.
The supervision or other team members is key to the role, managing their workflow and ensuring that all training is carried out to the required standard.
Overall responsibilities include project management, preparing quotations and liaison with our commercial team and external customer contacts..
Ownership of operational budgets and monthly reporting on performance
There will also be regular interaction with other team members when working on Proving Ground events or assisting with Engineering based projects.
Maintenance of the driver training fleet of vehicles including the maintenance of customer owned vehicles ensuring they are fit for purpose.
Experience
Experience in a relevant vehicle development or engineering role
Experience of driving vehicles near to the limit of adhesion for testing purposes
Experience of Driver Training
The ability to produce robust risk assessments covering all activities
Data collection and subjective vehicle appraisals
Have a broad understanding of the automotive industry
Technical background (biased towards a Vehicle Dynamics)
Previous experience of working for an OEM or Tier 1 supplier or consultancy
Experience of managing multiple projects, preparation and pricing of proposals
Woking in a supervisory of management role
Experience of improving processes or delivering improvements in a customer focused role
Skills
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
Ability to communicate clearly whilst training customers with varying abilities and English language skills
Must have good presentation and communication skills

6. will be teaching the children worship songs in Twi helping the British Ghanaian children to connect to their heritage .

Qualifications Required

Should have a form of experience in Christian music Ministry
Should be able to play and teach the keyboard, bass guitar, drums and trumpet, multi skilled in instruments and also very fluent in Twi language
