Supervisor, clinical and line management Supervise and line manage a team of mental health professionals and trainees based in schools. The post holder will work with the hospital based Neurophysiology team comprising of 1 WTE Lead Clinical Physiologist and 2 WTE Clinical Physiologists. The post holder will have a broad training in Neurophysiology, with experience in leading a multidisciplinary team. They will be equipped to advise on a range diagnostics. Clinical work: The clinical work will be in supervising referrals in collaboration with the Lead Clinical Physiologist ensuring patients are effectively triaged and prioritised as well as clinical oversight of the team caseload. The whole team case load averages 1100 referrals per year and the consultant will have some oversight of all these patients and is expected to see personally the most complex.
