We are looking for a highly co-ordinated and organised HR Manager to join our supportive and established administration team at The Brian Clarke CofE Academy and provide a high level of professional and administrative support. Working within a growing organisation, the role is to provide great customer service to current and potential members of staff. It involves co-ordinating and directing queries in the right direction to colleagues, requiring great people skills. The administrative element of the role will need great attention to detail and accuracy for entering information into the management information system, producing offer letters and contracts of employment. We are able to offer professional development and opportunities to grow in this role as our organisation grows.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has CIPD Level 5
• Has generalist HR experience including management of complex HR casework, managing change and advising managers.

• To be responsible for an outstanding Human Resources provision to the The Brian Clarke Academy.
