• Review active clinics and provide detailed analysis of findings to management on an annual basis as requested.
• Processing an extremely complex blend of computing technology, medical information, communication skills, and leadership qualities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Provide technical guidance as necessary to ensure clinics operate as requested, appointment length times and clinic grids reflect actual clinician availability, and any potential compliance issues have been identified and reconciled prior to clinic build.
• Researches and validate all requests from services and coordinate with Managerial Cost Accounting (MCA) staff or other technical consultants to ensure information accuracy.
• Provides technical guidance as a subject matter expert, assisting services with clinic establishment requests, responsible for ensuring optimal supply and demand is accurately reflected in the finished product.
• Review clinic cancellation, clinic remapping, clinic deactivation, and clinic reactivation requests, ensuring all requests for clinic maintenance adhere to local policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of clinical maintenance requests and all actions taken
• Assist requesters to interpret policies and provide technical assistance as required to facilitate receipt and timely processing of clinic maintenance requests.
• Review utilization reports to ensure adequate appointment availability, clinic capacity, appointment slot utilization, minimal unscheduled visit rates, and optimal percent utilization rates(scheduled and actual),assisting with plans for corrective action if outside locally determined acceptable ranges.
• Researches and identifies training needs for the Jesse Brown VA Health Care staff in areas of clinic set up, maintenance, utilization, and all other Data Management systems or special projects as directed by management.
• Analyzes training needs and make recommendations to supervisor, develop instruction based on analysis, decide for training, coordinate with Education Service to provide information on available training, conduct, and evaluate training.

Summary Continued:
The fitness program includes, as a minimum, group exercise classes, incentive programs, special events, for all customers and fitness improvement programs for military members not meeting Air Force fitness or weight standards. The sports program includes, as a minimum, self-directed and intramural sports As customers request and resources allow, provide enhanced fitness programs and enhanced sports programs, e g , extramural and varsity sports.

Duties

1. As the Fitness Center Technical Advisor, plans, develops, organizes, manages, and oversees a diverse and comprehensive physical fitness and sports programs which include group exercise classes, self-directed fitness and sports programs, mcent1ve programs, special events, intramural, extramural, and varsity sports, and instructional programs
2. Develops, implements, monitors, and documents a comprehensive training program to ensure all staff members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their position
3. Prepares APF and NAF budgets, which include the expenditures required to conduct the fitness and sports programs (Categories A and B) Develops, implements, monitors, and documents a comprehensive training program to ensure all staff members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their position
4. Determines adequacy of facilities, identifies additional needs and recommends facility construction/alterations and renovation projects and monitors repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment

• Plans, lays out, modifies and installs a variety of large complex commercial and industrial systems and supporting equipment used to condition air in warehouses, shops, hangars, hospitals, and large office buildings by using blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, guides, codes, and work order requests.
• Troubleshoots and repairs a variety of large complex commercial and industrial systems and supporting equipment with complex problems and extensive repairs requiring judgment to locate malfunctions.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, units, and associated controls.

• Is the sole AF functional expert responsible for creating service histories in the Point Credit Accounting and Reporting System (PCARS) for new members of the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve, which establishes the definitive service date for which all critical career lifecycle eligibility such as accessions, promotions, training, and retirement are based
• Responsible for analyzing, researching, compiling, creating and updating participation records in PCARS for Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve members
• Responds to Air Force, DoD, Congressional and other high level inquiries

1. Property and equipment custodian: Performs physical inventory and property accountability management of property and equipment. Reconciles property record balances using property inventory from Discover Viewer. Maintains an accounting and reporting system for nonexpendable property and performs routine phases of property management. Corrects routine discrepancies within the system. Maintains inventory of property for Force Support Squadron activities in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Resolves property record discrepancies through reconstruction of supply transactions and/or extensive search of supply records, computer listings, Discover Viewer, etc. Ensures accurate description, condition, and quantity available when property is declared excess or residue. Reviews reports of excess property submitted by other offices and identifies items that have potential for utilization.
2. Report of Survey Monitor: Receives and adjusts Report of Survey report when property is lost, damaged or destroyed. Ensures that proper documentation of the loss is on file and that the loss was not a result of negligence by a member of the squadron. Ensures that the property is written off of the records and files are maintained with the Shared Service Center.
3. DRMO representative: Serves as principle authority in the FSS for screening and distribution of excess and surplus property. Serves at the FSS principle screening authority for the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO). Directs, coordinates, and controls the turn in of all NAF and APF property and equipment.
4. Vehicle Control Duties: Provides supply support and account management for the FSS vehicle fleet, consisting of widely varying vehicles obtained from APFs, NAFs, DRMO and confiscated vehicle sources. Acts as liaison between the FSS and the base transportation activity for all unit government motor vehicle matter, Controls unit vehicles and obtains transportation services required to support unit mission requirements. Assigns the vehicles to their respective authorized functions. Defends vehicle
requirements, justifies request for additional vehicles; complies with the base vehicle rotation and priority recall plans; notifies the Vehicle Operations Officer when assigned vehicles are no longer required. Provides justifications data to support unit minimum essential vehicle levels (MEL). Ensures only qualified and properly licensed personnel operate assigned motor vehicles. Take appropriate action to prevent misuse, abuse, and damage to Air Force motor vehicles. Ensures low-use vehicles are rotated with high-use vehicles.

The Infrastructure Section designs, and/or reviews the designs of others, for sustainment and modifications of Real Property and Real Property Installed Equipment (RP/RPIE) and ICBM Infrastructure and Equipment (IIE) that directly supports the ICBM Launch Facilities, Missile Alert Facilities/Launch Control Centers, and Test Launch Facilities at Malmstrom AFB, MT, Minot AFB, ND, FE Warren AFB, WY and Vandenberg SFB, CA. The Infrastructure team also provides technical data and maintenance procedures for field level and depot level maintainers from missile maintenance groups, civil engineer squadrons, and depot field teams.

DUTIES:

• Serve as first-line supervisor performing the following tasks: typical personnel management tasks, assign and manage work within the Branch, organize and conduct training; acquire necessary resources to accomplish the mission; and provide feedback and evaluations for assigned employees.
• Contribute to current and future ICBM infrastructure policy and guidance development.
• Perform engineering duties, implement digital engineering concepts, integrate efforts with multiple System Program Offices, Depot Field Teams, MAJCOM and installation level leadership and maintenance personnel, and provide technical expertise in support of the MMIII electrical section.

Promotes, organizes and supervises all flight training to include duties as Manager FAR (Federal Aviation Regulation) Part 141 certified flight school. Ensures flight/ground training materials are pertinent to the courses. Prioritizes maintenance of aircrafts. Directs NAF and contract mechanics. Forecasts and procures replacement of aircraft engines and propellers, avionics and parts. Accountable for club equipment and performing property inventories.

Hires, supervises, promotes, motivates, initiates actions to correct performance and recommends formal disciplinary actions of NAF employees.
