Job Description

1. Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
2. General admin and clerical support
3. Prepare payment vouchers, Invoice and other tasks assigned from time to time
4. Coordinate & facilitate the Annual Financial Audit Process
5. Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
6. Record expenses, and bills and file other financial documents
7. Prepare Quotation, Invoice, and Stock report.
8. Compile payment listing
9. Responsible for supporting company day-to-day administration and office support to colleagues and management
10. To manage all administrative & operation tasks which include documentation, filing, letter correspondences, arranging for courier services, etc
11. Responsible for supporting accounts and human resources-related matters.
12. Any ad hoc task assigned by a superior
13. To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: 
14. Candidate must possess at least CAT/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
15. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
16. Good communication skills
17. Able to meet deadlines, able to multi-task, and capacity to work independently.
18. Positive working attitude
19. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
20. Priority will be given to immediate availability.

SALES EXECUTIVE - MEDICAL DEVICE

Attractive Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Commission = Earn up to RM90-120K Annually!

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan & Terengganu.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Gaining market share in specific businesses by promoting and selling medical devices and consumable products within assigned territories.
• Make territory sales plan by-products and by-customers in accordance with the assigned sales targets.
• Achieve sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan.

REQUIREMENT:

• STPM / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Medical Science / Biomedical / Electrical & Electronic / Marketing / Economics / Business Administration / Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Superior product knowledge. Able to absorb complex technical product knowledge.
• 2 -3 years’ experience in Medical Devices, pharmaceuticals, OTC or healthcare-related industries is an added advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute CME / workshop / technical training sessions.
• Highly self-motivated, strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidates must be willing to travel extensively.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent team player.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
