Job Description
• Manage full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL
• Manage month-end closing process within timeline
• Preparation of monthly Management Reporting
• Preparation of analytical reports to the management team
• Prepare all Balance Sheet Schedules
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting exercise
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures and support for other departments
• Preparation of GST reporting and liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretary
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job requirements
• Minimum diploma qualifications or equivalent with at least 6 years’ experience
• Dependable, responsible, initiative, driven, and possess a positive working attitude
• Able to multi-task, and meticulous with an eye for details
• Familiar with practical and advanced MS Excel
• Good team player, able to work independently
• Effective communication skills
