The ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. Have a minimum of 5 years audit experience working in an accountancy practice with exposure to a variety of industries.

As a Audit Manager,you will play a pivotal role in overseeing audit engagements, managing client relationships, and mentoring a team of professionals ensuringthe delivery of high-quality audit services while contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

You will be responsible for:

- Audit Planning & Execution: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and addressing their needs proactively.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training, feedback, and guidance to enhance team performance and professional development.

Job Title: Trainee Accounting Technician
Location: We are recruiting in these three locations (Weston Super Mare, Honiton and Barnstaple)
Salary: Starting salary £20,000 per annum, this is due to working within the role but also studying you will be in work 80% of the time and studying/in-person training 20% of the time and have time off for exams. So £20,000 for 4 days work a week, and your qualification is paid for.
Hours: Monday - Friday 36.25 hours

The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) is a professional qualification which can help you to achieve a rewarding career in accountancy.
