This is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team either as your first step into Finance or to progress your career towards becoming a fully qualified accountant. You will be responsible for income collection and the cashiering service ensuring the prompt and accurate banking of all receipts. In addition, you will be assisting with some of the other aspects of financial accounting including payments and purchase orders processing
You will work closely with colleagues across the college being responsible for the control and distribution of petty cash as well as administering the purchase ledger including coding, registering, matching and filing of invoices.
You will have a level 3 qualification in a finance or related subject and be competent using MS Office and other IT packages. This role would be a good steeping stone to advance your career and progress towards a full accounting qualification. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for someone looking to grow and develop a career in finance.
