Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Performs a combination of clerical tasks to support office, business, or administrative operations, such as maintaining records, receiving, preparing or verifying documents, searching for and compiling information and data; responding to routine request with standard answers by phone, in person, or by correspondence.
• Follows a few clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence, such as filing pre-coded documents in a chronological file or operating office equipment, e.g., mimeograph, photocopy, addressograph or mailing machine.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and two to three years of related experience.
• Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a favorable SSBI background investigation and must be cleared prior to start date.

 
Physical Demands:

• Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Some travel may be required.
• Ability to pass a mandatory Pre-Employment drug test.  Normal demands associated with working in an office environment.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Assist with administrative support, tracking, evidence handling, and other areas. Work independently and develop deliverables. Organize and track large projects and processes. Will work with a team and delegate work to others based upon skill sets.

More About the Role:

• Will serve on a range of program activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment of management processes, systems, and support programs.
• Provides a full range of technical administrative support for a forensics laboratory in the management areas of budget and fiscal, procurement, property and personnel management, and general office services.
• Use standard office suite of tools and ServiceNow for creating and tracking data as it progresses through the workflows.
• Provide daily reports and summarize key points.
• Identify bottlenecks and notify teams of issues encountered.
• Check-in and -out evidence from secured facilities.
• Evaluate new tools to handle key tasks and work with technical staff to implement workflow improvements wherever possible.
• Serves as administrative coordinator and provides staff guidance in all administrative management matters. Carries out special projects as assigned. 
• Directly assists in the administrative functions of the office. Maintains accountability of hardware and software; monitors SMS.
• Develops reports and analyzes performance metrics and programmatic documents against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 
• 1 to 2 years of related experience in the management areas of budget and fiscal, personnel management, and general office services.
• Knowledge of office automation required.
• Knowledge of Government's IT environment, including networks, PC and server-based applications, DOS and/or other file manipulation applications preferred.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience in digital forensics and automated litigation support preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks.

CACI is seeking Junior to Senior level Administrative Support for the EPS program.  We are seeking Administrative Support to provide support to management and technical personnel. Additionally, assist the program manager with related responsibilities such as program control; tracking and reporting program and/or project technical, cost, and schedule; and similar functions. The successful candidate will have the ability to research and analyze business processes and recommend solutions or improvements. Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills are required.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, government reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported. 
• Assists with developing trip reports, scheduling visits, and office management.
• Performs CAC processing, account set-up, procurement support, onboarding related tasks, and consolidating weekly activity reports.
• Assists with the preparation of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the Government
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Prepare documentation for Government approval.
• Provide technical writer/editor support to update and/or review various internally produced documents created with Microsoft Office products (e.g., MS Word and PowerPoint), and to ensure the proper formatting, grammar, readability, and presentation clarity of documents, including official memoranda, planning documents, reports, guidance, organization charts, and program/activity presentation data.

• Education – bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Business, Finance, or technology related field)
• Experience – Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.  Additional experience can substitute for degree.
• Strong prioritization and documentation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management, technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.
• Working knowledge with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
