We are searching for Admin Executive
This is a contract role (maternity cover)
What will you do?
- Oversee Office Daily Operation – Reception: collecting office letters & arrange courier service, answering phone calls, making purchases for office groceries: drinking water, stationeries.
- Office Maintenance & Renovation: liaise with management and suppliers on office maintenance, helping with company office renovation.
- Credit card Collaboration: Tally the Company Credit cards and collect all related supporting documents.
- Grab & Gojek: Manage the company business account. Download monthly reports and cre-ate a new user.
- Travel Arrangement: Arrange the Flight and Hotel booking, Travel Insurance and invitation letter.
- Company Events: Helping the Communications team and Company events
