This is an ideal role for candidates who has a proven track record of very strong administration skills, enthusiastic by nature and have a 'can do' attitude whilst being flexible and adaptable to constantly changing business needs.
You will be the "linchpin" of the customer service team and be the eyes and ears for all the latest activity within other departments in the business so that you can help the customer service team to be on top of their game at all times and you'll be vital to the coordination of the department.
The successful candidate will need to be exceptionally well organised as the admin tasks will be vast, everything from printing labels to more complex tasks, so this is where your established experience will stand you in good stead.

Due to the rapid expansion of this ecommerce fulfilment business, you can expect constant change to be part of your journey and that will include valued input and ideas from you as the business continues to evolve.
Working in a new build within the Festival Trade Park, the Customer Service Department is a team of 4/5 currently and will continue to expand. The team is located in the main open plan office alongside other departments.
The customer service team will be expected to work within strict deadlines so your efficiency will be vital to the whole operation.
It will be highly advantageous if you have experience with Salesforce and you will be competent with Microsoft Office - Teams, Outlook & Excel specifically.
Own transport preferable (nearest bus stop = 1 mile)
NB: You must be currently residing in the UK, able to confirm active "Right to Work in the UK" status and will not require visa sponsorship.
37.5hours per week
Monday - Friday: 8.30am-5pm
Annual leave: 28 days (inc. bank holidays) - currently under review and set to be enhanced
