Position Summary/Purpose: The purpose of this position is to assist the Discover program managers by completing essential administrative tasks to support the operations of GCU's Discover program.
Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
- Determine weekly staffing needs for Discover Hosts and Leads.
- Publish weekly staff schedule based on staffing needs.
- Organize arrival and departure shuttle schedule on a weekly basis.
- Organize campus shuttle schedule on a weekly basis.
- Create Discover's weekly Program Development Supervisor roster and distribute to team and other departments.
- Assist with and create student worker job aids and program aids.
- Collect, filter, and organize data reports and send to executives and higher-ups.
- Complete other projects and tasks as needed and designate by the Discover Program managers.
Equipment Used and Responsibility:
- Microsoft Office Programs
- Microsoft Surface/Desktop
- GCU/GCE Online Programs
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Microsoft Office program experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel functions
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented
- Professionalism
- Ability to work 15-20 hours a week
- PLEASE NOTE: Must be available to work OVER SUMMER locally to be eligible.
Experience/Education:

- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
