My client in the hospitality industry is currently recruiting for a temporary purchase ledger to support increased workload.
Your new role
This position is full-time and based in the Penrith office. As Purchase Ledger you will be part of a small and friendly Finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager.
- Monitoring of Purchase Ledger email inbox, posting authorised invoices.
- High volume Purchase Ledger - handling 1000 invoices per week as a team.
- Data input into an invoice managing system,
- Monitoring invoices in query resolution, raising queries with relevant departments, monitoring responses and logging outcomes to deadlines.
- Ad-hoc administration duties.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Finance qualifications are not required.
- You must have a positive working attitude.
- You must have the ability to work to deadlines.
- You must be organised and have excellent time management and prioritising skills.
