- 08:30 - 16:30 Monday - Friday (Full time)
Pay Rates
- £10.72 Days, £13.40 overtime hours
- Paid Weekly
Role of an Administrative Engineer:
- Perform varied duties such as screening mail, maintaining files and records
- Utilize a computer to generate general correspondence, reports and spreadsheets.
- Maintain office and cleaning supplies
- Duties as assigned by Manager
- Inventory cycle counting
- Support to proposal documents
- Effective use of on online documentation management systems
- Printing, binding of documentation folders
- On site booking in of maintenance works
