Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk
Location: Prestige Support Centre, Epsom, Surrey - 2 x days home based
Salary: £25,000+ depending on experience
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9-5

Your role at Prestige:
The Sales Ledger Clerk is an entry role for an individual aspiring to pursue a career in Finance. The role will report into the Sales Ledger Manager and also work closely with the Financial Accounts team.
Responsibilities:
- Generating and issuing sales invoices.
- Processing of sales ledger receipts and allocating payments received accurately.
- Organising customer direct debit collection, setting up new direct debits and amending existing details.
- Reconcile sales ledger accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Communicate with customers to collect overdue debts and address any disputes.
- Dealing with discrepancies and/or complex client queries.
- Assisting in month-end reporting and ad-hoc reporting tasks.
- Provide support across various departments within the business as required.

- Preferable: graduate or willingness to study (AAT, ACCA, CIMA)
