Location: Fife
Salary: From £24,000 per year.
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday.
Duties:
Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organisation, and file management.
Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and emails.
Providing excellent client care.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals.
Conducting legal research and preparing reports.
Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures.
