Daily Job Scope
- Manage company fleet of vehicles
- Manage HR System & staff enquiries, HR arrangements
- Manage worker's HR attendance/Leave application/enrolment/resignation & other related enquiries
- Ensure that basic book-keeping is in order
- Other administrative work
- Assist in sales & marketing related work (e.g. trade shows/promotions)
Requirements
- Basic computer skillset (including MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva Design, Infotech, Business Central)
- Able to correspond in both English & Chinese
- Able to work independently
- Good attitude
Other administrative work which is not listed may be assigned ad-hoc basis.
