Job Description
Lead and manage office administrator functions including public relation contribution, social medial channel and office managment.
Develop and execute employee regulation and strategies to support project growth.
Lead, organize, maintain and develop social medial marketing policies.
Handle announcement and advertisement on portals
Manage onboarding and offboarding process for employee
Prepare workstation for new employee by setting up the laptop, connecting to the printer and installing the software
Collect, check and verify the attendance
Handle work injury claims
Handle flight ticket purchase
Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record
Initiate plans and activities for a cohesive working environment
Manage general office administration works such as maintaining office facilities, panty/ stationary supplies, letter preparation
Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate with at least 2 years relevant experience is preferred
Degree in computer qualifications
Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
5.5 days work week
Willing to work in Construction Site
Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure
